M.Tech Thesis Presentation Contest:

Rajiv Gandhi Institute of Technology, Kottayam is conducting an inhouse M.Tech Thesis Presentation Contest-2016 on 19th August 2016, sponsored by Centre for Engineering Research and Development (CERD), APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University.

The platform shall focus on discussing the academic and practical implications of work done by the 2014-16 M.Tech. batch of RIT Kottayam. There will be a thesis contest and poster presentation as part of this event. We invite you to participate in the programme on 19th August 2016. The event will commence at 10.00 AM.

Eligibility:
Final year M.Tech (allbranches) students who have satisfactorily completed their project for the year 2016 are eligible for the contest. The authors should submit the full paper not exceeding six pages,type dasper IEEE double column formatin pdf and MS Word format through the email:ritmtechthesiscontest@gmail.com with a copy to the department coordinator.There is no registration fee.

Guidelines:
All the participants have to first submit the paper in specified format along with a duly signed registration form. Out of the submitted papers, after screening, 6 papers from each stream will be selected for thesis contest and remaining for poster presentation. Two best papers from each discipline will be selected from among oral presentations and the best poster from poster presentations.

Paper format : IEEE conference template, maximum 6 pages
Poster : A2 (420 × 594 mm)
Paper submission date: 5th August 2016
Intimation date : 8th August 2016
