Student Freshmen Combo Offer Terms & Conditions :

** The Offer is valid from July 1, 2016 till 30th September, 2016.

** This offer is valid only for students availing foreign exchange under overseas education category as per RBI guidelines and travel insurance for minimum period of 1 (one) year. ZERO Margins is applicable only on purchase of Foreign Exchange Prepaid Travel Card – Fresh and on reload of cards purchased during the offer period.

** Unlimited calls to India are applicable for 15 days from the date of activation of SIM Card and are based on local time in USA – east coast time – card will expire on the 15th day midnight – both days inclusive.

** Unlimited Calls – the term ‘Unlimited’ comes with a FUP (fair usage policy). This is dictated by the network. Fair usage is that which a normal residential – non-commercial – customer will use per day and does not necessarily mean a fixed number of minutes – rather this is dictated by the network and its perception of fair usage. However in our experience it means a limit of approx. 2000 min in the 15 day period.

** Unlimited Data – Here the term unlimited means above and beyond the 1GB @ 4G (a 4G enabled phone is mandatory) the speed of data will be reduced to as low as 128kpbs and this will continue till the end of the 15th day. Unlimited Local SMS – comes with FUP (fair usage policy) of 100 local SMS on a daily basis

** Unlimited International SMS – comes with a FUP (fair usage policy) of 100 SMS to India on a daily basis. ATM withdrawal fee waived off from Foreign Exchange Prepaid Travel Card issuing bank’s end till the lifetime of the card. Centrum rates are linked to live interbank rates. The rates quoted by Centrum will be final. Rates for Saturday, Sunday and Bank holidays will be of pervious working day.

** The winners of Free Kindle will be selected in lucky draw through a draw made on random basis by the representatives of the Centrum on lucky draw day amongst all the eligible students. Lucky draw day for Kindle will be held on all days except on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays. Transactions done on Saturday, Sunday and Bank Holidays will be eligible for the lucky draw on the subsequent working day.

** Winner of Kindle cannot transfer, exchange or redeem the device for cash. In the event that the winning student(s) do (es) not collect the Kindle within the period mentioned in the message sent to the winning student of the lucky draw day, then the Kindle will be forfeited.

** Centrum is the sole authority for interpretation of these terms. Centrum reserves the right to, without liability or prejudices to any of its other rights, at any time, without previous notice and from time to time, withdraw/suspend/amend/cancel this Offer, with or without any reason.

** Centrum has the sole discretion to change, suspend or modify the Offer or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, at its sole discretion. All students agree and give consent to Centrum to use the personal information provided in the Application Form for the purpose of marketing in connection with providing of services / products.

** Nothing contained in these terms and conditions, nor the running of this Offer to which they apply, shall be construed as an obligation on Centrum to continue the Offer up to, on or after the time the Offer Period ends. ** Manufacturer / Service Provider will be responsible for any warranty and liability of the freebies offered. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offers and cannot be assigned/ transferred to any other person/ customer. All of Centrum’s actions shall be on a best-efforts basis only.

** The Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of India. Any dispute arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Mumbai.
