Enquire & Win Contest :

** The ‘Enquire & Win Contest’ (‘Contest’) shall commence from 05/12/2015
** Customers who visits UAE Exchange & Financial Service Ltd. website and puts any enquiry therein w.r.t. any services rendered by the Company and who successfully completes a transaction with the Company shall be eligible to participate in the Contest.

Competition Period : 05/01/2016

** Only one transaction per participant will be counted for the Contest for a day. Lucky draw will be conducted daily from among the entries and one lucky winner each day shall be awarded with cash prize (‘prize’) worth Rs. 1000/- (Rupees one thousand only). The draw will be computer generated.
** Queries submitted through the Company website (uaeexchangeindia.com), social media (viz. Facebook, Whatsapp, Twitter) or toll free number will only be considered for the contest.
** The winner’s name will be published in Company website and on our Facebook fan page UAE Exchange India on the same/next day.
** The participants shall fill in/ provide name, contact number, email id and residential address as required while participating in the Contest.
** Participants registering with invalid mobile numbers/email id’s shall be deemed to be disqualified.
** A customer who has registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) facility and who willingly offers to participate in the Contest by registering their mobile number shall not raise any future disputes regarding receipt of promotional SMS.
** Prize money shall be non-transferable and can be accepted only by the winner.
** The winner should avail the prize within 7 (seven) days from the date of announcement of the prize, failure of which the prize will stand canceled & lapsed.
** The Company reserves the right to publish the winners’ name & details in any media/forum for present/future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
** The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants from the contest, in case of any fraudulent activity / suspicious transactions.
** The Company reserves the right to amend/withdraw the scheme at any time, without any prior notice. In case the offer is made void in future under any law, or regulatory authority, the Company shall not be liable to provide any prize and/or compensation to the winners.
** All disputes arising or in connection of this Contest are subjected to laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi.
** The decision of the Company on all matters relating to the Contest (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this Contest) shall be final and binding.
** UAE Exchange staff members/ employees of associate companies and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** By participating in the Contest, it shall be deemed that the customer has read, understood & accepted the terms and conditions as specified herein.
** In any case, this promo shall not be construed as an inducement from UAE Exchange to its customers to avail the services. Availing of services / participation in the contest shall be purely based on the choice of the participants.
