Answer and Win Contest 2015:
** The ‘Answer & Win’ Contest (‘Contest’) shall go live from 17th Nov. 2015 at 10.00 am and close at 05.00 pm every day. The Contest shall be live until withdraw.
** To participate in the Contest, participants should visit the UAE Exchange & Financial Service Ltd. (‘the Company’) website and answer to the questions therein. One question in a day. Lucky draw be conducted daily from among the correct entries and one winner each day shall be awarded with a gift hamper (‘prize’). The draw will be computer generated
** Answers submitted through the website will only be considered. Multiple entries will be rejected.
** The winner’s name will be published in Company website (uaeexchangeindia.com) and on our Facebook fan page UAE Exchange India on the same/next day.
** The participants shall fill in/ provide name, contact number, email id and residential address as required while participating in the Contest.
** A customer who has registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) facility and who willingly offers to participate in the Contest by registering their mobile number shall not raise any future disputes regarding receipt of promotional SMS.
** The winner should avail the prize within 7 (seven) days from the date of announcement of the prize, failure of which the prize will stand canceled & lapsed.
** Prizes are neither transferable nor can substituted with any cash equivalent or otherwise. Giveaway prize images displayed on the flyers, banners and on websites are for illustration purpose only and may differ in actual size and model.
** The prizes offered shall cover only the actual value of the offered prize. Any additional cost and other incidental charges shall be borne by the winner and Company shall not be liable to bear any such cost except the actual value of the prize.
** The Company makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of the prize offered in this Contest.
** The Company reserves the rights to publish the winners’ name and details in any media/forum for present/future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
** The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants from the contest, in case of any fraudulent activity / suspicious transactions.
** The Company reserves the right to amend/ withdraw the scheme at any time, without any prior notice. In case the contest is made void in future under any law, or regulatory authority, the Company shall not be liable to provide prize and/or compensation to the winners.
** All disputes arising or in connection of this Contest are subjected to laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi.
** The decision of the Company on all matters relating to the Contest (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this Contest) shall be final and binding.
** By participating in the Contest, it shall be deemed that the customer has read, understood & accepted the terms and conditions as specified herein.
** UAE Exchange staff members/ employees of associate companies and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this Contest.
** In any case, this promo shall not be construed as an inducement from UAE Exchange to its customers to avail the services.
