Mirchi 104 Gold Punch Contest Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest shall be known as Mirchi 104 Gold Punch Contest and shall commence at ENIL’s radio station Mirchi 104 FM at Kochi on 22nd August, 2016 through 3rd September, 2016 (both days inclusive), between 8 a.m. (IST) up to 8 p.m. (IST) only (“Period of the Contest”).

2. This Contest is open only to Indian Citizens residents in Kochi only.
3. Only one entry per Participant, per question is permitted. Multiple entries will result in disqualification of the Participant for the Contest. The Contest shall be conducted in Malayalam and Hindi Languages.
4. To participate in the Contest, the participants need to call on the number 0484 6603104 during the broadcast of the Contest or register through whatsapp on 9061049104.
5. Participants shall have to give full details of their Name, permanent address, Income Tax PAN, Phone number, age and such other details as may be prescribed by ENIL and it is to be understood that the Prizes will be given to the Winner only upon furnishing of the prescribed details and documents. Self attested Copy of the PAN & Proof of address shall be given by the winner.
6. The Contest will be promoted on air by on air promos or any other means deemed fit by ENIL at its sole discretion. The listeners who are interested in participating in the Contest (“Participant(s)”) can either call-in to the station at 0484 6603104 or register via whatsapp on the following mobile no 9061049104 with name, age and typing the word ‘104 GOLD’.
The Contestant will have to answer a question posed by the Radio Jockey and on giving the correct answer within the time period stipulated by ENIL, shall become eligible for winning the prize subject to adherence of all terms and conditions as explained in Clauses 8 to 16.
7. Any entries sent beyond the designated time period allocated to each contest question will not be considered for the Contest.
8. At the end of the Contest Period, ENIL shall select by a process of random selection, from amongst the correct answers received during the Contest Period and in accordance with these terms and conditions approximately a total of One Hundred and Four (104) winners (the “Prize winners”) every week. The Prize winner whose name is selected shall be eligible to win two 22 Karat gold coins each weighing 1gm from Joyalukkas.
9. ENIL would announce the winners on air at its station located at Kochi. The Winners shall also be intimated by telephone. The decision of the Management of ENIL is final and no correspondence or any other claims whatsoever, in this regard will be entertained.
10. Only one attempt will be made to contact the winner at the Telephone number available with ENIL, thereafter the prize shall lapse unconditionally and irrevocably without further notice in this regard at the sole discretion of ENIL and the winner shall have no claim whatsoever on the Prize.
11. By entering the Contest, You confirm and waive the applicability of rules and regulations of the National Do Not Call Registry and you agree to receive promotional messages on your number
12. Winners will have to collect their respective prizes from a location that will be intimated to the Winners by ENIL.
13. Winners have to arrange their own travel arrangement and any expenses incurred in that regard shall be solely borne by them and ENIL shall not be liable to reimburse any expenses whatsoever, including but not limited to the travel expenses.
14. The Prize can not be exchanged /redeemed for cash or any other non-monetary consideration and the prize is not transferable. Mere participation in the Contest shall not entitle a Participant a Prize.
15. The Prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments as applicable and borne solely by the Winner and paid for by the Winner.
