Attitude Be a Star Contest:

1. The attitude Be a Star Contest is valid for a limited period from 2nd Sept 2016 to 30th Oct 2016.

2. All ABO’s including your immediate family members (spouse and your kids) or your customers hereinafter referred as participants.
3. All participants who have are between the age of 18 years to 25 years as on 2nd September 2016 are eligible to participate in this contest.
4. Interested participants need to send in their picture along with the invoice no. worth Rs.2,400 minimum of the products from the new attitude range , purchased between 2nd September 2016 to 30th October 2016 to attitudecontest@gmail.com Entries submitted through any other channel, will not be considered for the contest. Entry closes on 12 midnight on 30th Oct 2016. Any entries received after 12 midnight on 30th Oct 2016. will not be considered for the contest.
5. All entries submitted to the competition are subject to review, The pictures should not contain any offensive/indecent content and Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd reserves the right to reject inappropriate images or images that are not within the theme of the contest.
6. If you are selected as a winner, then you will have to furnish the documents as may be required by Amway including but not limited to original invoice, photograph, name proof, age proof, etc.
7. One participant can send multiple entries but one invoice number shall be entertained for one entry only. Every entry needs to mention their Distributor/ Customer No., Email Id and phone number.
8. The participant must be the sole author and owner of the copyright of photos submitted as entries to the contest. All participants undertake and confirm that the images uploaded as entries to the contest is free from any defect.
9. Participants indemnify Amway India Enterprises Pvt Ltd from and against any claim, action, demand, expense, loss or other liabilities whatsoever, which may arise due to or as a result of or consequence of any defect in image(s) and/or infringement of intellectual property rights of any third party in relation to images uploaded/provided under this contest .Participants agree to accept all liability for the legality of the content submitted by them to the contest and shall not hold Amway India Enterprises Pvt Limited responsible for any damages that may result in this regard.
10. The Company and/ or its appointed panel of judges would select the winners basis the entries received in the Contest at its sole discretion and the same shall be final, binding and non-challenge-able.
