The #LiveItMax Contest is open to Indian residents, aged 18 years and over subject to the following terms:

** The #LiveItMax Contest will be conducted on 19th, 20th, 21st, 22nd, & 23rd September 2016 on the Radio Mirchi Facebook National Page & @RadioMirchi Twitter page for all Indian residents.
** Multiple Entries per person; anyone found to be using multiple accounts will be disqualified.
** Employees or agencies of Radio Mirchi or their family members, freelance contributors or anyone else connected with the Contest may not participate in the Contest.
** Participants should answer all contest questions with relevant answers to the questions asked.
** Participants should submit the correct answers as per the questions based on making the most of a moment & living it to the fullest and tag @RadioMirchi on Facebook & Twitter.
** It is mandatory to use the contest hashtag #LiveItMax while playing the contest.
** Winners will be announced on the basis of maximum & most relevant tweets on Twitter & comments on Facebook around #LiveItMax during the contest as replies to questions asked.
** Over the 5 days of the Contests, One winner will be announced each day across both Facebook & Twitter, ie: one winner per day per contest & 5 winners over 5 days.
** Participants whose answers are right/most relevant answers will be announced as the winner and they will be entitled to win Samsung Level U earphone(Bluetooth Earphone) + Shoppers Stop Voucher worth Rs. 4000(Total Value Rs. 7000) from Radio Mirchi & Samsung.
** The contest #LiveItMax will declare —– winners at the end of the 5 days of the 5 contests basis the correct answers shared by each user.
** The winners will be announced after the contest closes officially on Radio Mirchi’s National Facebook Page & official Twitter Page (@RadioMirchi).
** To avail the prize, winner will have to send in his/her complete details including full name, address, contact no. and Email ID to our Facebook and/or Twitter inbox. Once we receive contact details of the winners, Radio Mirchi will share details about availing the prize to the winner declared.
** Selected winners will have to go to the Radio Mirchi Mumbai office and collect their prizes. Valid ID proof needs to be carried along with them while collecting the prize. Under extreme circumstances, the gift hampers will be couriered to the winners.
** Winners will be announced within 15 days of contest closure.
** If the winners don’t reply to our congratulatory message within 24 hours, a new winner will be selected from the remaining entries.
** Losing entries will not receive any notification.
** The winners will be chosen at the sole discretion of Radio Mirchi.
** Prizes cannot be clubbed or exchanged with any other offers/promotions. Also, no cash alternative is offered.
** No nudity, obscenity, foul language or offensive content will be allowed. Any contest entries in violation of the same will be disqualified/blocked.
** Contestants have agreed and have consented to put up their comments on Facebook & tweets on Twitter. Radio Mirchi shall not be responsible or liable for any comments, remarks put on the site by public.
** Radio Mirchi can disqualify any participating contestant in case the contestant is not abiding by the rules of the contest.
** Disqualification will be at sole discretion of Radio Mirchi.
** Subject to availability. Radio Mirchi maintains the right to withdraw the contest, without prior notice to the participants.
** Any dispute arising out of this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai.
** Radio Mirchi also reserves the right to modify and/or change all or any of the terms and conditions applicable to the contest.
