Eligibility to participate :
Any person who registers with UAE Exchange India (‘Company’) through online medium and fulfills the below criteria will be eligible participant.

Register & Win Campaign:
Free Loading Of Xpay Cash Wallet:
Any person who downloads the XPay mobile app https://web.archive.org/web/20161018080159/http://www.uaeexchangeindia.com:80/uae-app/ (a mobile app owned and operated by the ‘Company’) will be eligible to participate in this Campaign. Upon successfully downloading the app, OTP will be generated and forwarded to the registered mobile number of the customer and on successful entry of the OTP, the customer will get the confirmation message.

Transact & Win Campaign:
Win Free Travel Cards*:
Customers availing International tour packages will be eligible to win free travel cards, provided the loading is done for USD 500 and above. Card cost/Loading charges will be NIL; service charges and tax(es) will be additional.

Get Rs.1000/- Off On Domestic Tour Packages*:
Customers availing Domestic tour packages will be eligible for Rs.1000/- off on the total package cost, provided the tour packages is of minimum Rs. 20,000/- and above. To avail this offer, the travel date shall be on or before 30th November, 2016.*In case of group, offers at (i) & (ii) shall be restricted for only 2 pax.

Book Air Tickets And Get Rs. 100/- Off:
Customers availing Domestic/International air tickets from the Company during the promo period will be eligible for Rs.100/- off on the ticket fare. Customers shall also be eligible for an Extra Baggage Allowance (upto 5 KG on select airlines).

Get 50% Flat Off On Interest Payment:
Customers availing the loan services of the Company (Vehicle/ Gold/ Personal) shall get 50% flat off on the first month’s interest payment. For customers availing more than one loan during the promo period, offer shall be applicable only to the first loan.

Avail Motor Insurance & Get Free Loading Of Xpay Cash Wallet:
Customers availing Motor Insurance from the Company during the promo period shall be eligible to get a free upload of Rs.100/- to their XPay Cash Wallet. The XPay Cash Wallet app shall be downloaded by the customers to avail the prize.

Free ATM Withdrawals With Multi Currency Card:
Students studying abroad can avail Multi Currency Cards from UAE Exchange, which can be used to withdraw cash without additional charges. The offer shall be applicable only for the first three ATM withdrawals during the promo period. Currency conversion charges and other related charges are applicable.

Send Money Abroad & Win Cash Back:
For outward remittances under educational purposes, customers can win a cash back of Rs.1500/- for remittances amounting to minimum USD 500

Terms & Conditions:

** For each successful transaction done with the Company, the Customer will get a SMS to such mobile number as provided by the Customer. Such mobile number will be the coupon number for the Campaign.
** Company shall not entertain any claim with regard to non-receipt of SMS in case the mobile number provided by the customer is wrong and there will be no second re-issuance of SMS for that transaction.
** A customer who has registered under DND (Do Not Disturb) facility and who willingly offers to participate in the Campaign by registering their mobile number shall not raise any future disputes regarding receipt of promotional SMS.
** The prizes should be availed on or before the 30th day of November 2016, by producing the SMS received from the Company. Only one transaction per registered mobile number will be counted for the Campaign.
** Prizes are neither transferable nor can substituted with any cash equivalent or otherwise.
** Winners list will be announced / published in the home page of the UAE Exchange web site and on our Facebook fan page UAE Exchange India on the same/next day. Though all reasonable efforts will be taken by the Company to contact the winners & inform them about the prize, the Company shall not entertain any claim with regard to non-receipt of timely information.
** The Company reserves the right to publish the winners’ photos in any media/forum for present/future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes.
** The Company reserves the right to amend the scheme at any time during the promo period, without any prior notice. In case the offer is made void in future under any law, or regulatory authority, the Company shall not be liable to provide any prize and/or compensation to the winners.
** All disputes arising or in connection of this Campaign are subjected to laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Kochi. The decision of the Company on all matters relating to the Campaign (including but not limited to any dispute/controversy arising out of this Campaign) shall be final and binding.
** UAE Exchange staff members/ employees of associate companies and their relatives are not eligible to participate in this Campaign.
** By participating in the Campaign, it shall be deemed that the customer has read, understood & accepted the terms and conditions as specified herein.
** In any case, this promo shall not be construed as an inducement from UAE Exchange to its customers to avail the services. Availing of services and participation in the promo shall be purely based on the choice of customers.
