By participating in the #WineAndDineFestival Online Contest you (i.e. “the Contestant”) accept and agree to the following

Terms & Conditions:
1. The Contest shall be open from 27th Sept, 2016 1pm and shall close on 21st Oct, 2016 at 9 pm.
2. The Contest is open to Indian citizens who are residents of India and above the age of eighteen (18) years.
3. In the event that a person is below the age of eighteen (18) years and participates and wins this Contest, he/she shall be disqualified and shall not be entitled to the Prize (defined below).
4. The Contestant agrees to provide complete and correct information with respect to his/her identity, contact details, age, and such other information as may be required.

5. Two winner will be selected for the Contest. Following are the rules one needs to follow :
a. Tag, follow us and Answer with #WineAndDineFestival
b. Answer all questions of the day before the Answers are shared at the end of the week
c. It’s spread across four weeks, 2 days per week, at the end maximum correct entries will choose as weekly winner
d. In case of a tie, we would take the quickest correct reply by a participant
e. Weekly winners will be invited for the Grand Finale at the Cyber Hub on 24th Oct, 2016 will also be eligible for Grand prize of Couple Holiday to Hong Kong
f. Contest Ends 21st Oct, 2016 & results will be declared at the Grand Finale through draw of luck
g. Trolling/spamming will result in disqualification

6. Winner will be entitled to win gifts as decided by TUI India Team.
7. The winners need to share their Name, Address, Contact Number, Email ID & ID proof with TUI India to claim their prize.
8. The Prize shall not be transferable / redeemable. No request shall be entertained in this behalf. The decision of the judges shall be final and binding and is non-contestable.
9. No correspondence will be entertained on the same.
10. The Prize is subject to the laws of India and deduction of taxes, levies and other statutory payments shall be as applicable and borne solely by the winner and paid for by the winner, if any.
11. Winner must have a valid PAN card. Employees and family members of TUI India are not eligible to participate in the Contest. All rights, title and interest in the promotional material(s) and any/all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with TUI India at all times.
12. TUI India reserves the right to change, alter or cancel this Contest in part or full, or change any or all of the terms and conditions that are applicable, without giving prior intimation/notice of any kind and will not be liable for any consequential losses/damages.
13. TUI India shall not be responsible for the quality, deficiency of any product/service, in any manner whatsoever.
14. The Contestant expressly agrees that TUI India will have the right to reproduce all the entries in any and all formats, media and/or mediums including but not limited to television, internet, mobile, print etc.
15. All right, title and interest, including but not limited to the Intellectual Property Rights, in the promotional material(s) and in any and all entries received shall vest solely and exclusively with TUI India at all times.
