Splash Painting Competition :

Splash 2016 gives the children the canvas to express their problem solving Big-Ideas through their paintings.

The National Winner gets a scholarship worth Rs. 3 lakh and his/her idea will be brought to life , in association with NID and IIT Bombay.

Eligibility:
The Splash Painting Competition for Kids (“Contest”) is open to Indian resident children within the age group of 7 to 15 year old, birth date should fall within the range of 7 to 15 years as on 14th November 2016, who have obtained their parents’ and/or legal guardians’ and/or school teachers permission to enter and whose parents and/or legal guardians and/or school teachers consent to be bound by these Official Rules in their own right and on behalf of the participant.

The Rules consist of the terms and conditions on this page.
a. To be eligible for this Contest, the participant or their parents’ and/or legal guardians’ must register at “myideaofprogress.com/splash”, by filling up the registration form. Once the registration is complete, the user will get a user ID and password along with a “Unique Customer Registration Number”.

b. The children can participate in the Contest by showing a print of their “Unique Customer Registration Number” in print or in soft copy, at the nearest branch or through the online medium. The children can participate in the contest at either of two levels, not both.

c. The Children opting to participate at their nearest branch must visit their chosen branch on 19th November 2016, along with their drawing supplies (Colours/crayons, paint brush, Pencil Erasers etc). Only Drawing Sheets will be provided at the branches.

The painting should be drawn and painted by the children within the branch premises on the given date and time. No entries at the branch will be entertained after 19th November 2016, 6:30 pm (IST).

Paintings which have been either drawn or painted or both before coming to the branch will not be accepted. It is mandatory to mention their “Unique Customer Registration Number” on their drawing sheets.

d. For Children who choose to participate online, the opening date for uploading the entries is 19th November 2016 and the closing date is 26th November 2016, midnight (IST).

The participant will have to use his own drawing sheet and drawing supplies (Colours/crayons, paint brush, Pencil Erasers etc. Only one painting per Participant is allowed.

In the case of duplicate or multiple entries from the same Participant, then the first entry to be uploaded on the microsite (as determined by the “date and time stamp) will be accepted as the entry into the Contest.

It is mandatory to mention their “Unique Customer Registration Number” on their drawing sheets. The painting should be scanned and uploaded. The size of the online entry drawing should not exceed 1MB.

e. At the time of submission of a painting, each Participant must:
(i) be an Indian citizen (e.g., must be able to show proof of legal permanent residence, if asked for);
(ii) be enrolled in an Indian School;
(iii) have obtained his or her parents’ or legal guardians’ or school teachers prior permission and have agreed to be bound by these Rules.

Employees, interns, contractors, and official office-holders, as well as their immediate families, of Axis Bank, its affiliates, and any representatives or agencies of Axis Bank or other persons professionally connected with the Contest are not eligible to participate.

How to Enter:
Any interested participant will have to visit myideaofprogress.com/splash to register themselves. The process for the same is as below –

For New Registration, users will have to fill up the following form:
** Child’s Name
** Child’s Date of Birth (children below 7 years and above 15 years as on 14th November 2016 will not be eligible for this contest)
** Parents Email Id
** Password
** Confirm Password
** Parents Mobile Number
** Address
** Pincode
** State
** City
** Nearest Axis Bank Branch (if the quota for the selected branch is full (50 entries per branch) the user will be directed to select the next nearest branch or upload the entry online)

Once a user has submitted a form, the Thank you page will have a message to urge him to check his registered email id to verify the account and to activate his registration.

At this time an email will be shot to the user’s email Id providing the verification link. Once the user clicks on the link, he will be directed to the site where he will need to log in with his email id and password and will land on a ‘themes page’ which showcases the themes for the contest and the branch participation pass.

The themes for the contest are
** How will I use technology for a better India tomorrow
** My idea to make education available for everyone
** An idea that can save our environment for the future

At the time of registration all users will be segregated into 2 categories:
** Branch submission
** Online submission

Note :
Interested participants are required to register themselves online in order to participate in Splash 2016.
This is mandatory for both online and branch participation.
Without registration you will not be allowed to participate in this event.
