Terms & Conditions :
** The following are the terms and conditions of the “Small Budget Big Makeover” contest to conducted/organized by AETN18 Media Private Limited for its program/show titled “Small Budget Big Makeover” to be aired on its television channel “FYI TV18”.
** The spirit of the Contest is to discover the creative side of individuals when it comes to decorating rooms within a constricted budget.
** To participate in the Contest, a Participant needs to login to AETN18’s microsite”http://www.fyitv18.com” (“Microsite”), decorate room(s), give reasons for such makeover in the manner prescribed therein and thereafter share the designed rooms (the “Design(s)”/“Entry(ies)”) on Facebook.
** Top ten (10) Participant whose Entries have received the maximum number of likes in Facebook will be shortlisted (the “Shortlisted Participants”) by AETN18.
** Thereafter, a jury/panel nominated by AETN18 will evaluate the Entries of the Shortlisted Participants and select a Participant as the winner (the “Winner”) of the Contest from the Shortlisted Participants.
** The Winner of the Contest shall be eligible for a makeover worth Rs.20,000 (Rupees Twenty Thousand Only) for his house (the “Prize”) as per the sole discretion of AETEN18.
** All applicable taxes, duties or levies as may be applicable from time to time, arising out of the Prize, shall be payable by the Winner.
** The must have a valid PAN card to claim the Prize and has to submit a copy of the same before receiving the Prize.
** All costs and expenses for claiming the Prize shall be borne by the Winner and no claim of whatsoever nature will be entertained by AETN18 in this regard.

Upon being declared a Winner, the Winner will be required to provide the following information/details for getting the Prize:
** Furnishing his/her name, address, age, sex, contact number;
** A copy of his/her Photo identity card, PAN card;
** Any valid proof of address; and
** Any other information as sought for by AETN18.

** In addition to the above, in case AETN18 requires any additional documents/ information, for confirmation, then AETN18 shall convey the same to the Winner and the Winner will be required to comply with requirements of AETN18.
** In case of non-compliance in submission of such documents/ additional documents/ information, HS18 may decide against giving the Prize to the Winner and the Winner shall have no objection to the same.
** This Contest will commence on 7th November 2016 and will expire on 7th December 2016 (the “Contest Period”).
** This Contest is open only to Indian citizens who are residing in India at the time of conducting this Contest and are above the age of eighteen (18) years.
** Persons who are not “competent to contract” within the meaning of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 including minors, un-discharged insolvents etc., are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Any and all incidental costs direct/indirect, in relation to the Participant’s participation in the Contest, shall be borne by the Participant and in no manner whatsoever, shall AETN18, be responsible or liable for the same.
** The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash or cheque or any other benefits. The Prize Winners will not be entitled to any compensation / benefits in any form whatsoever in lieu of the Prize.
** Further, no requests will be entertained for the exchange of one Prize for another.
