WTP Love Express Contest:

These terms and conditions  govern the contest titled “WTP Love Express Contest” organized, conducted and brought to you by STAR India Private Limited on its Bengali television channel “Jalsha Movies” and “Jalsha Movie HD” based on the World TV Premiere- Love Express  to be telecast on the Channel on November 27, 2016 between 9:00pm IST and 28, 2016 00:30 am IST.

The Contest will be held on the Channel on November 27th, 2016 between 9:00 P.M- IST and November 28th, 2016 00:30 A.M. IST (‘Contest Period’) and is open for participation by Viewers of the Channel in the State of West Bengal, India only.

Principle Rules:
1. The Contest will be announced and promoted tentatively starting from November 21, 2016 through promos, astons etc., on the Channel and such promotion will continue till November 27th 2016 based on the sole discretion of STAR India.
2. During the Contest Period the Viewers will be asked 10 (Ten) multiple-choice questions. Each Question will be based on the segment of the Program that is already aired/ telecast on the Channel during the Contest Period.
3. The Contest consists of 10 (ten) Prizes (defined below) and STAR India will select 10 (ten) winners (‘Winner(s)’only, in the manner as stated herein below from the entries received by STAR India, based on its sole discretion.
4. STAR India will sufficiently promote the Contest, based on its sole discretion, reasonably in advance to ensure that the Viewers are aware about the Prizes, Questions and the Program during which the Question(s) will be aired on the Channel.
5. The Question(s) will be asked at the end of each segment of the Program before a commercial break during the telecast of the Program
6. Viewers have to select the correct answer(s) from the multiple options given with the Question and send their respective entries using their registered mobile number by way of a SMS to 57827 (‘Answers’) during the Contest Period.

7. E.g. To participate the Viewers have to send a SMS in the following manner, subject to the options selected by the Viewers:
(i) For option A- type ‘JM 1’<space> A and send the SMS to 57827;
(ii) For option B- type ‘JM 1’<space> B and send the SMS to 57827;
(iii) For option C- type ‘JM 1’<space> C and send the SMS to 57827;

8. The answers have to be sent by the Viewer(s) during telecast of Program on the Channel within the Contest Period i.e. during the telecast of the Program until the end of telecast of the Program on the Channel, but not later than 00:30 A.M. on November 27th, 2016.

9. For any Question, only the answer(s) received, as per the format stated above, during the Contest Period on November 202016, shall be considered as valid and successful entries for the Contest (each an ‘Entry’).

10. STAR India, at its sole discretion, will select a total of 10 (ten) Winners or any other number based on the sole discretion of STAR India during the Contest Period, on a random selection basis, from the Viewers who have submitted the valid and correct Entries to all the Questions during the Contest Period and in the format as stipulated herein.

The Winners will be declared on the Channel – ‘Jalsha Movies’ and ‘Jalsha Movies HD’ on or by December 05, 2016 and/or any other date as deemed fit by STAR India. It is understood that any announcement based on Contest, shall be at the sole discretion of STAR India.
