The following Terms and Conditions (“T&C”) shall be applicable in respect of all purchases made on www.flipkart.com, Flipkart Mobile App, Flipkart Lite Platform (all three collectively “Platform”), which are owned and operated by Flipkart Internet Private Limited (“Flipkart”, “We” or “Our”) through December 18, 2016 to December 21, 2016 (“Period of Sale”).

Terms & Conditions:
** All offers on Products shall be limited until stocks last and are for limited period. Flipkart may at its sole discretion modify or de-list the offers on products without prior notice to You. In such an event, the revised offers will be updated on the Mobile App accordingly.
** The offers on products during the Period of Sale are applicable only on select products featured on the Platform.
** Flipkart may, at any time due to various reasons, including but not limited to technical errors, unavailability of stocks etc. cancel the orders placed by You on the Platform.
** Unless otherwise provided, offers during the Period of Sale may only be applied to one unit of each product. Additionally, unless otherwise specified, You cannot combine two (2) or more offers (including coupons, other offers) for a single order.
** While we accept delivery of returned products for exchange from most locations where the product was originally delivered, there are certain locations where we may not be able to take delivery of returned products.
** Once the return is approved, You shall be notified by e-mail of the address at which the product to be returned may be couriered. Please contact our customer care for any assistance in this regard.
** In case of discounts on offers, the discounts may be provided in the form of Gift Cards. The Terms and Conditions of the said Gift Cards shall be applicable accessible at https://www.flipkart.com/account/giftcard?otracker=ch_vn_gift-voucher . The Gift Cards shall be sent to You via an e-mail provided by You.
** You acknowledge and confirm that You are aware of the nature of telecommunications/ internet services and that an email transmission may not be received properly and may be read or be known to any unauthorised persons.
** You agree to assume and bear all the risks involved in respect of such errors and misunderstanding and Flipkart shall not be responsible in any manner.
** In case of Cash back offers extended by banks during the Period of Sale, You will, in addition to this T&C, be governed by the Terms and Conditions of the said bank/card issuer.
** Bank offers are subject to Terms and Conditions of the Banks & Flipkart.
** Offers extended during the Period of Sale are non-transferable, not for resale, and not redeemable for cash.
** This T&C is only applicable for the purchase made during the Period of Sale. Any purchases made prior to the said period shall be governed in accordance with the terms and conditions applicable at the time of such purchase.
** Due to limited stocks available during the period of Sale, at times a particular offer opted for by You may not reflect in Your cart at the time of checkout. Flipkart disclaims any liability whatsoever in this regard.
** The relevant sellers on Flipkart shall be responsible for the products sold and its service and Flipkart shall not be responsible for the same.
** Flipkart does not warrant that the Call Center will run concurrently and error free during and/or after the Period of Sale and Flipkart shall not be liable for issues related to technical and/or human error whatsoever.
** Flipkart has the right to withdraw any of the offers at any time at its sole discretion.
** Flipkart shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising due to participation by any person in the offer.
** Flipkart reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any participant that tampers or attempts to tamper with the deal or violates these Terms and Conditions or acts in a disruptive manner.
** Product Returns shall be as per our Returns Policy.
** All taxes or other liabilities payable to any regulatory authority shall be borne by You.
** All disputes concerning the above shall be subject to jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
