#WishUponMyGalaxy Contest :

#WishUponMyGalaxy (“Contest”) is a Contest launched by Samsung India Electronics Private Limited (“Samsung”), valid throughout India except in the states where prohibited by law.

The Contest will happen between 21st December, 2016 and 24th December, 2016, (referred to as “Contest Period”), and there shall be 82 winners in all who will be eligible to win prizes under this Contest at the end of the duration who shall be selected based on the criteria given in the clauses hereunder. The total cost of prizes under this Contest is worth INR 5,10,000.

General terms and conditions of the Contest:
1. The Contest is valid for Indian Citizens, (except for state of Tamil Nadu) who have attained the age of 18 years or above, except employees and family members of Samsung and its affiliate / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant(s)”). Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.
2. Only those Participants who are Samsung mobile users and have a valid Facebook account or Twitter account shall be eligible for this Contest.

3. Below chart shows the details for submission and winner selection dates:

4. The contest will be held on the My Galaxy app (Contest site) available on Samsung mobiles only, with the hashtag #WishUponMyGalaxy
5. For the Contest the users have to visit the Contest site and make a “Wish” and thereafter share the Wish on either of their respective social media page i.e. facebook page or twitter page.
6. The winners will be selected based upon the interesting Wishes received during the Contest Period and will be selected by an authorised third party agency.
7. There shall be a total of 82 winners who shall be selected during the Contest Period.
8. The winner shall be announced by Samsung or its authorized third party agency and the results shall be uploaded on Samsung’s social media platforms i.e. Samsung Mobile India Facebook and Samsung Mobile India Twitter Pages by 28th December 2016. The winners shall also be informed through an email.
