Kon Hoeel Marathi Crorepati Season 3 is a quiz based game show primarily in Marathi language which is being produced by BIG Synergy Media Limited for initial exhibition on Colors Marathi channel which is owned by Viacom18 Media Private Limited and/or its affiliates.

There are three method to the Contest which are participation via (a) SMS (from Episode 1 to 42) (b) IVRS and (c) Jio Chat. The procedure to participate via SMS and IVRS for Participant (as stated herein below) and the terms and conditions thereto has beendetailed hereinbelow.

In order to participate in the Contest, via the third method i.e. Jio Chat (“Jio Chat Method”) the participant/viewer shall follow the procedure and terms and conditions as stated in www.jiochat.com .The Company /Channel shall not be responsible for the Jio Chat Method in any manner whatsoever including by not limited to the gratification and the delivery thereof.

Procedure to participate in the Contest vide IVR and SMS:
This Contest is open from October 3, 2016 to January 4, 2017 (“Period”). One question will be asked every day on Monday to Wednesday during the Episodes telecast during the Period on the Channel.

Each question for the Contest will be broadcast at any given time between 9:00 PM to 10:30 PM (IST), or after that, as determined by the Channel. A total number of forty two (forty two) questions shall be broadcasted on the Channel.

Lines for entries from question 1 to question 42 will open from 9.00 PM (IST) from the date of the broadcasting of the question to 09.00.00 AM (IST) of the next day of the broadcasting of the same question

How to answer through SMS?:
a) KHMC <Space>A/B/C/D
b) In case of error in SMS format, the response message will read on the lines of “Invalid entry. The correct format is KHMC <Space>A/B/C/D. For Terms & conditions visit www.colorsmarathi.com/khmc”
c) In case of a correct entry, the acknowledgement message will read on the lines of “Thank you for participating for KHMC GBD. We will call you back on this number if you are shortlisted. For Terms & conditions visit www.colorsmarathi.com/khmc”
d) In case lines are closed for participation message will read on the lines of “Sorry. Lines for participating in KHMC GBD are currently closed. For T&Cs visit on www.colorsmarathi.com/khmc”

How to answer through IVR?:
a) Subscribers to Call on 5056882 01/02/03/04 (i.e. call 5056882 and 01 for option A, 02 for option B, 03 for option C and 04 for option D).
b) The call will end with a thank you note/invalid entry/ lines are closed for participation prompts.

Charges:
SMS – Every SMS sent to the participation numbers will be charged upto Rs 3/- per SMS or as charged by the respective mobile operator. SMS sent in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable. Refer Annexure 1 for list of Operators and Circles for which SMS entries are open.

IVR – Every IVRS call will be charged upto Rs 7/- per minute. Entries in the wrong format or with the incorrect answer are also chargeable. Refer Annexure 2 for list of Circles for which IVRS entries are open.
