Be Raees Activity:

Please read these terms and conditions before entering the ‘Be Raees’ activity to be conducted by Red Chillies Entertainment Private Limited and Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. By participating in the Activity, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below.

Activity details:
The Activity will run from 23rd Dec. 2016 to 25th Dec. 2016.

The Activity is open to patrons at the following theatres in:
Mumbai:
** PVR Kurla – Phoenix Mall
** Cinemax – Infiniti Mall – Malad
** Cinepolis – Viviana mall – Thane
** INOX – Inorbit Mall – Malad
** PVR Phoenix Mall – Lower Parel
** PVR Juhu

New Delhi:
** PVR Anupam saket
** PVR DT Shalimar
** PVR DT Vasant Kunj
** Cinepolis DT Saket
** PVR Logix – Noida

Bengaluru:
** PVR Forum Mall
** INOX Garuda Mall
** Cinepolis Royal Meenakshi Mall

** Patrons will be required to visit the ‘Be Raees’ booths that will be present at each of the above mentioned locations and take a picture of themselves in the booth’s premises, in Raees’s avatar.
** Patrons will then need to share their pictures online using the hashtag #BeRaees and also tagging @RaeesTheFilm in their posts. They will also be required to tell us which theatre they were present at while clicking the picture to be considered eligible for this activity.
** Selection of winners will be conducted at random and announced at the discretion of the organizers on an as yet undisclosed date.
** Participation in the Activity does not guarantee any entrant the status of a winner or eligible for any rewards or gratification of the contest.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Eligibility:
An entry to Contest is open to persons who are residents of India, who are 18 (eighteen) years of age or above as on as on the date of entry and who have a valid Twitter account. The Participant represents and warrants that s/he does not have any criminal convictions or criminal record and has not undertaken any past act or conduct which could affect the reputation of the Contest or Red Chillies Pvt. Ltd. or Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Entry to participate in the Contest is by answering all questions set out on the Contest Webpage in a manner as instructed here and set out herein.

2. Participation:
Entrants may participate in the Contest by answering all questions in the manner as may be required by Red Chillies Pvt. Ltd. or Excel Entertainment Pvt. Ltd. Entrants shall not participate in the Contest more than once. There is no fee payable to the Entrants in respect of their involvement in the Contest. Directors, officers and employees of Red Chillies or Excel Entertainment, or any of their respective affiliate companies, subsidiaries, agents, professional advisors, advertising and promotional agencies, sponsors of the Contest, associate vendors and immediate families of each are not eligible to enter the Contest. All applicable central, state and local laws and regulations apply. Offer/Contest void where prohibited.

3. Winners:
Out of all the entries to the Contest during the Contest Period, any number of entries, as per the judges discretion, will be picked as Winners. The final number of Winners shall be selected on the basis of random selection. Winners shall be required to furnish such information as required for the purpose of verification of identity and availing of the Prize. If any Winner is found to be below 18 (eighteen) years of age or a non-resident of India as on the date of entry, he/she shall be disqualified.
