Tamil Nadu Youth Festival :

** The emphatic success of 12 years experience of various events of state & national level by Global Achievers foundation urges to organize TAMILNADU YOGA FESTIVAL-2017. This is remarkably second time in India we are all going to exhilarate and be proud by celebrating this national yoga festival.

** Several years of experience in yogic life with spiritual values made us to encourage our Indian yoga gurus, practioners and followers to attain wisdom, peace, health and happiness through yoga. We are willing to unify all yogis in this world by celebrating this national yoga festival with spirituality.

Registration & Payment:
** Participants shall enroll our events online through our website by PayUMoney with debit/credit card or after payment by direct deposit/DD/Cheque/Net banking or can pay directly at our various premises.

** All registered participants will receive enrollment number by SMS after registration which is your proof of participation.
** Participants can participate more than one event and category by paying Reg.fee Rs.300 per person/event/category and Rs.500/person for yoga champion round.
** If participants want to register on spot they must pay Rs.50/event and Rs.100 for yoga champion as penalty.
** Participants can show any age identification proof and must bring during events and age will be determined from 22/01/2017.
** All must show any one of their age proofs during events in case any suspicion arises by jury or other participants.
** Reg.no would be same for participants who participate more than one event & category.
** Separate Reg. no will be given only for group dance.
** Our members can avail fee waiver Rs.50 per event and Rs.100 for yoga champion round.
** Those who want to become member to get fee waiver should pay Rs.500 valid for 3 yrs.

Dos and Don’ts:
** Participants should manage to bring all related things like yoga mat, fancy dress, pencil, eraser, crayons, colors, writing pad and others.
** Participants can demonstrate any 5 asanas of their own choice for different categories in yoga.
** Participants should perform 12 asanas of their own choice for champion round by the following order. (2 backward bend, 2 forward bend, 2 twisting, 2 leg balance,** 2 arm balance and 2 inverted).Postures shouldn’t be repeated.Yoga marks are obtained by the following ways a) Selection of asanas b) Completion c) Stability d) Grace.
** Dresses for all events worn by participants should be relevant to the events with dignity.
** For fancy dress, rhymes & storytelling, any properties & any ideas can be added.
** For hand writing, any kind of style can be written.
** For sloka, any devotional sloka would be recited.
** For essay writing & oratory, all creativities are allowed.
** For drawing, A4 size picture (below 6 yrs) and A3 sheet (6-25yrs.) will be given. Participants may use paints & decorative items also for drawing.
** For singing, participants can sing with or without sruthi box and karaoke.
** For dance, Song must be in single CD to save time and keep song and karaoke in another CD or pen drive to stand by.
** A group dance can have minimum 2 and maximum 6 members only.There is no group for singing.
** Languages Tamil and English are only applicable for events except dance songs.

Cultural events scores are obtained by following ways :
a) Finishing
b) Selection
c) Imagination
e) Creativity
f) Neatness
g) Presentation

Prizes:
** 1st, 2nd, 3rd place from each category will be awarded with medals and certificates 4th &5th place are considered for more entries in one category.
** All participants will be awarded with certificates & medals.
** Male & female categories are not applicable for all events.
** Bharat Yogi Award will be given for winners who win in yoga champion round
** Prizes will be distributed at the end of the each event.

Food & Accommodation:
** Organizer will not provide breakfast, lunch & dinner for participant.
** Food court will be available for parents & visitors.
** We have arranged limited class room and accommodation for other states participants. If they inform at least 15 days before the event.
** Any kind of Non-vegetarian foods are not allowed in the venue.

Cancellation & Authority:
** Global Achievers Foundation reserves the right to admit or refuse an entry without assigning any reason there of and also cancel/alter any modifications on all events.
** Judges/Organizer’s decision is final and binding on all participants.
** The allotted time for every event may vary more or less depending upon any reasons.
** Registration fee will be refundable only if Global Achievers Foundation cancels the events due to unavoidable circumstance.
** Yoga awards will be given according to our committee’s decision.
** No argument, disturbance & quarrel by participants are entertained and all participants are abided by our all rules and regulations.
** All legal proceedings regarding events will be done within Chennai.
