Contest Guidelines :
The mycutebaby Contest is open to All users /Non Users of the mycutebaby.in platform. There no Any Fee for Participating the Contest.

Winner Criteria:
Cute baby Contest will be judged by an internal panel of judges identified by mycutebaby.in, Winners will be Selected on Basis of (Total count facebook Likes and share) + page views. facebook link of your kid’s profile can be shared by anyone in your friends and family circle we’ll count total number of likes and shares received by a profile we will Also consider our pageview as additional parameter.

one more thing to note is , if a participant try to get fake likes to win those all will be disqualified from contest. to find out fake likes we will consider our page views and GA report for that perticular profile e.g. : if participant got 1000 likes but only receive 2-3 page views and on the other hand some other participant with 100 likes has 10-15 pageview that will indicate us to investigate all likes for that participant.

Scope of mycutebaby liability:
mycutebaby.in shall not be liable for any damages or losses to third the Eligible Applicants or any person in relation to the Entries. By virtue of submitting the Entry, the Eligible Applicant shall be deemed to agree, affirm and declare that the Eligible Applicant shall indemnify and hold harmless mycutebaby.in , its affiliates, employees, directors, agents and other personnel against any claims, losses, damages, expenses (including attorney’s fees) which may be raised by any third party.

Schedule:
mycutebaby.in Cute baby Contest will be held from 1st Feb, 2017 to 28th Feb, 2017. Winners will be announced within 2 weeks of Contest closure. mycutebaby.in reserves the right to extend or modify the Contest at its discretion. If there is a revision, the revised date will be published on the same contest landing page and the date for results will be announced accordingly.

Winning:
** The decisions made by such jury panel with respect to the Winners shall be final and binding in all respects.
** In the event Cute baby Contest results are tied among two or more participants, the winner will be selected through draw of lots. Decision of mycutebaby.in shall be final and binding, no correspondence shall be entertained.
** Within 96 hours from the announcement of the results of the Cute baby, the Winners shall be contacted by mycutebaby.in via email provided by the Eligible Applicant and shall be informed that they are eligible for the Prize.
** The email sent by mycutebaby.in shall have instructions on the further process required to be adhered to by the Winner(s).
