** Indian Points League (#IndianPointsLeague) (hereinafter referred to as the (“Contest”) shall run from 05th April – 21st May 2017.
** To participate in the Contest, the user is required to register on the Contest microsite between 31st March – 21st May 2017.
** Both new as well as existing customers are eligible to participate in the Contest.
** This Contest is applicable across India apart from the state of Tamil Nadu.
** In case the user is not a PAYBACK Member, he can sign up with PAYBACK and then register on the Contest microsite to participate.
** Loyalty Solutions & Research Pvt Ltd. (LSRPL) retain the right to discontinue, suspend, withdraw and cease the conduct of campaign at any time during the Contest/ offer period, without any liability or prior intimation.
** PAYBACK Terms and Conditions would be applicable to the participants of the Contest as set out in PAYBACK.in in addition to the terms and conditions prescribed herein.
** In the unlikely event of a dispute, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the New Delhi Forum.
** The criteria for the main Contest and its gratification will be communicated on 5th April 2017.
