Cleartrip Flight Takeover Contest:

** No Purchase Necessary. Please read these entry terms (“Entry Terms”) before entering the ‘Cleartrip Flight Takeover Contest’ (“Contest”) conducted by Cleartrip Private Limited (“CPL”).

** Entry to the Contest is open to Indian residents only (“Participants”).
** Participation in the Contest shall be open and valid only from march 23rd, 2017 at 11:00 A.M. till April 06, 2017 at 9:00 P.M. (“Contest Period”). CPL may alter the duration of the Contest Period at its sole and absolute discretion.
** Participants can enter the Contest by creating an account on www.flighttakeover.com (“Website”), furnishing their correct details (name, DOB, photo and email address) and successfully inviting and reserving all 40 seats on their flight plan (“Invitees”) during the Contest Period.
** The Participant creating the account (“Pilot”) has to take care that the details furnished of themselves and the Invitees are correct. Any incorrect or fraudulent details provided shall render the participant and his invitees ineligible for the Contest or the Prize.
** The Invitee has to accept the invitation of the Pilot, only then the Invitee shall be eligible to enter into the contest.
** The Pilot and a minimum of 5 Invitees can successfully submit their entry for the contest by clicking on the “CHECK-IN” button on the Website between April 06, 2017, 06:00 P.M. and April 06, 2017, 09:00 P.M (“Check-In Period”).
** In a manner as determined by CPL, at its sole and absolute discretion, CPL will choose a team who has successfully checked in with the pilot and minimum of 5 Invitees during the time, using a draw of lots among all the eligible entries at the end of the Contest Period (“Winner”).
** A participant can only enter twice in the Contest, once as a Pilot and once as a Passenger. In the event that a Participant creates fake profiles or identities, his entry will be rejected.
** The Winner shall be intimated via email as provided by them on the Website by 7th April, 2017.
** The Winner shall be required to furnish such information and documents as required by CPL for the purposes of verification of identity and availing the Prize(s) within 24 hours of intimation via email.
** All decisions of CPL shall be final and binding and no correspondence shall be entertained in relation to any decision made by CPL in this regard.
** In the event that any participant of this Contest indulges in any fraud, misconduct, suspicious activity or furnishes incomplete details, then CPL shall reject his participation and may refer him/her to appropriate authorities for legal action.

Main Contest Prize:
** The Winner (i.e. the Pilot) of the contest shall receive a sum of Rs. 10 Lakhs credited to his/her Cleartrip Wallet Account on 12th April, 2017.
** The amount credited in the Cleartrip Wallet should be utilized for Flight, Hotel and Local bookings to Goa, only on www.cleartrip.com for the Pilot and Invitees who have accepted the Invitation of the winning entry.
** The flight booking origin can be any city from India but all flights need to be booked to Goa as the destination city. Hotel and Local booking also need to be only for the city of Goa.
** The booking of Cleartrip flight, hotel and local products is subject to availability and the respective Service provider reserves the right of admission.
** The bookings should be done on or before 30th April, 2017.
** The amount credited in the Wallet cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash.
** In the event that the bookings of the Invitees and Pilot are less than ? 10 lakhs, the amount shall be forfeited.
** Bookings once done cannot be cancelled. CPL is not responsible for refunds of such bookings.
** In case the travel booking is made for any other name / individual apart from the names / individuals who are part of the winners flight check-in details, then CPL reserves the right to cancel the bookings without any notice.
** In the event that the flight or hotel selected by you does not fulfil or honour the bookings, CPL will not be responsible for the same. Any disputes towards services of flight and hotel shall have to be taken up directly with the Airline and Hotel.
** Contest Winner has to be a citizen of India. Decision of Cleartrip, on winner selection and rules of the contest is final and binding.

Sweepstakes:
** During the contest period, the participant who accumulates the maximum points shall receive the sweepstake prizes.
** A participant can accumulate points by interacting with the website by inviting friends, logging in daily, sharing with friends and checking-in on April 06 between 6PM and 9PM.
** The winners with maximum points shall be selected at the end of the contest. The decision of CPL shall be final and binding

The prizes of such winners of sweepstake include:
i. First Prize: Flight E-Voucher worth Rs. 10,000/-
ii. Second Prize: Hotel E-Voucher worth Rs. 6,000/-
iii. Third Prize: Local E-Voucher worth Rs. 3,000/-
iv. 20 Lucky Draw Prizes: Local E-Voucher worthRs. 1,000/-
