YES PAY IPL Campaign:

This document lays out the “Terms and Conditions”, which shall be applicable to all transactions initiated by the YES PAY App User(s) vide YES PAY App, as defined herein below, through YES Bank Limited,

Terms & Conditions:
1. The YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN, introduced by YES Bank shall run for a limited period of, 5th April 2017 to 21st May 2017.

2. During the tenure of the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN, any YES PAY App User will be eligible for the offer upon using the YES PAY App as under:
a. On successful completion of UPI registration using YES PAY App, user will be eligible to get cash back of INR 20.

b. Every week during the tenure of the campaign, top 6 users completing maximum UPI transactions during that week will be eligible to get cash back of INR 600 each. UPI transactions considered for this campaign will be UPI PAY, Load YES PAY Wallet using UPI, Recharge/bill payment in YES PAY using UPI, Send money using UPI.

Users should complete minimum of 10 successful UPI transactions worth minimum of INR 3000 during that week to be eligible for cash back.

c. Users will be eligible to get cash back of INR 100 on successfully completing 6 Recharge/Bill Payment transactions worth minimum of INR 300 each during the tenure of the campaign.

3. During the tenure of the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN, eligible users as mentioned in Clause 2.3 (c) hereinabove, a maximum of 6000 YES PAY App User(s) will be eligible to receive the Cash Back. The Cash Back shall be provided on ‘first come first serve basis’ i.e., first 6000 YES PAY App User(s) who complete 6 Recharge/Bill Payment transactions worth minimum of INR 300.

4. A single YES PAY App User shall be entitled to receive offer benefit for a maximum of 1 time during the duration of the campaign.

5. The participation of the YES PAY App User in the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN is voluntary in nature and the YES PAY App Users agree, confirm and undertake that they have participated in the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN at their own will, risk and responsibility.

6. All offers under the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN are on exclusive basis only and such offers cannot be consolidated, combined, used or substituted with any other benefit or offers being or will be provided by YES Bank.

7. YES PAY App User(s) agree and confirm that YES Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, claim or injury, that may arise due to withdrawal or change in the Terms, or the offers being provided under the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN.

8. YES PAY App User(s) shall not be entitled to any compensation, benefits or cash in replacement or additions or substitution of the offers being provided under the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN.

9. YES PAY App User(s) agree and confirm that YES Bank shall not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any loss, damage, claim or injury, that may arise due to refusal or withdrawal or change in the terms and conditions of the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN by YES BANK.

10. YES PAY App User(s) agree and confirm that all terms and conditions for Offer will be strictly as per policy stipulated by YES BANK Ltd. from time to time.

11. YES Bank reserves the sole and exclusive right to change, modify, withdraw, suspend or cancel the offers contemplated herein, at any time without giving any notice or assigning any reason, whatsoever.

12. YES Bank reserves the sole and exclusive right to disqualify any YES PAY App User from the benefits being provided the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN, if any fraudulent, criminal or suspicious activity is detected or identified by YES Bank for the purpose of availing the benefits being provided under the under the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN.

13. YES Bank reserves the sole and exclusive right to modify, change or delete all or any part of the YES PAY IPL CAMPAIGN. In the event of any dispute, difference and disconnect by and between YES Bank and YES PAY App User, the decision YES Bank will be final, binding and conclusive in nature.
