The ‘Let’s Onam’ commencing from July 20, 2017 and is valid till September 10, 2017 is hosted by Whirlpool of India Limited and/or its affiliates  in the territory of Kerala on the terms and conditions as stated hereunder

The term Participants  herein shall mean and include Purchaser purchasing a Whirlpool branded Refrigerator, Washing Machine, Air Conditioners, Water Purifier/ROs, Micro Wave Ovens  excluding accessories and other value added services, during the term of ONAM HOUSEFUL.

There will be an assured gift on purchase of Whirlpool Products. However, the assured gift shall depend on the kind of Whirlpool Products as provided below.

Apart from the assured gifts, there would be a lucky draw every week during the term through which the Purchaser stand a chance to win one of the Whirlpool branded appliances every week as detailed below:

** The Purchasers on purchase of the Whirlpool Products apart from the assured gift will get a scratch card with a system generated alpha-numeric code.
** To participate in lucky draw, the Purchasers (“Participants”) shall send the alpha numeric code through wireless messaging service [i.e., short messaging service (SMS)] to 56070 (“Entry(ies)”).
** The premium charges for every SMS shall be upto Rs 5/- per SMS. Even invalid SMS sent for participation in the lucky draw shall be charged.
** The Participants shall act in accordance with the Official Rules prescribed here. Any Entry sent through (a) any medium other than mobile phone or (b) support of any medium or (c) any IP generated SMS Entry shall be considered invalid.
** The contest is available on selected operators/circles. We would recommend the Participant to kindly contact his/her service provider for further details.
** The timeline for sending the alpha-numeric code to participate in the lucky draw shall start on July 20, 2017 at 12.00.00 A.M. and shall remain valid for participation till September 10, 2017 12:59:59 P.M.

** The weekly timelines for submission of code alongwith announcement dates for declaration of winners of lucky draw are as hereunder:
** Five Hundred one Whirlpool participants (“Winners”) shortlisted through lucky draw conducted by Whirlpool shall be given one Whirlpool appliance (“Prize(s)”) each week in the following manner:
** Entries received after the Participation Dates shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the lucky draw/Contest.
** In the event of any discrepancy as to the date and/or the time of receipt of an Entry, Whirlpool or its representatives shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.
** The lucky Winner (the “Winners”) shall be selected and declared by lucky draw conducted at various Service Providers/Trade Partners showrooms/shops as decided by Whirlpool.
** The name of the Prize Winner(s) will be confirmed over phone to the Winners at their phone numbers from which the Entry was received.
** Whirlpool representative will use their best efforts to contact the Prize Winner, but will not be responsible or liable in any way whatsoever if the Prize Winner cannot be reached by telephone.
** Decision of Whirlpool in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.

Eligibility for participation in the onam houseful:
** Participants must be citizens of India and residing in India. Residents of other countries and non-citizens of India are not eligible to participate.
** The Participants must have attained the age of 18 years to participate in ONAM HOUSEFUL.
** For the Participants who have not attained the said age of 18 years are permitted to participate in ONAM HOUSEFUL with the prior written approval of their parents/guardians.
