Lots Of Jhaag Contest :

1. This contest is conducted by Panasonic India Private Limited (“Organizer”).

2. Contest Period is from 12 th October 2017 to 14 th October 2017, in India only.
3. All participants should visit and follow Panasonic India Facebook page.
4. Participants should be Indian residents.
5. Participants must include #LotsOfJhaag and #PanasonicWashingMachines in their entry.
6. The age of the kids participating in the dance video should be between 2 years to 16 years.
7. How to Participate: Participant will have to share the videos of their kids dancing on ‘Lot’s of Jhaag no no daag’ Panasonic Washing Machine Jingle. These videos will have to be shared as comments on the contest posts.
8. No mute videos will be accepted. Participants have to use the Lots of Jhaag, No No Daag jingle in the video.
9. On 27 th October, 2017 Organizer will be announcing the top 3 entries only on Facebook.
10. Panasonic team will be contacting the winners on Facebook and will ask for their contact details and identity verification document.
11. Amongst the top 3 winners, one entry which will have the maximum number of likes by public/ audience, will be the top winner of the contest that will win the grand prize
12. The grand prize winner would win an Amazon Voucher worth INR 1000. The two runner ups will win one Amazon Voucher worth INR 500 each.
13. The entries will be screened for defamatory content/language.
14. Panasonic reserves the right for last minute cancellation and change in terms and conditions.
15. Any disputes arising from this activity shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at New Delhi only.
16. The winner will be determined by the management of Panasonic. The decision of the management will be final and no queries will be entertained in this regard.
17. Panasonic is not responsible for prizes that are lost in the mail/transit.
18. The Contest is valid for Indian Residents, except employees and family members of Organizer and its affiliates / associate / subsidiary companies and their suppliers, advertising agencies and event management companies (“Participant”).
19. The participation in the Contest is voluntary.
20. The Contest is just for engaging customers or prospects and there is neither any relation to any sort of gambling, lottery etc nor Organizer/ its agency has any intention of harming any sentiments of society/ persons who do not qualify.
21. Any participant who manipulates the Contest in any manner shall be liable for disqualification at the sole discretion of Organizer.
22. Organizer reserves the right at any time, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Contest or to withdraw it completely.
23. Organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion and without cause, to disqualify any individual from participating in the Contest. Organizer also reserves the right at its own discretion to withhold/forfeit any Prize won by Participants suspected of violating these Terms and Conditions.
24. All materials contained within the promotional material of the Contest, and in the collaterals are property of Organizer. Reproduction of any materials from this site without written permission is strictly prohibited.
25. Pictures and images shown of prize in the promotional material of the Contest or on website are visual representations and the actual prize and their colors, or features may differ.
26. Contest shall be void in any state where prohibited by law. In such case, Organizer shall not be liable to provide any free cashback, or compensation to the Participant on any account.
27. These T&C’s are subject to force majeure circumstances i.e. Act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of Organizer.
