Entry Terms & Conditions

** Please send 2 colour photographs – one close up and one full length of the work on your model’s look : 10” H x 8” W sized photographs if sent in hardcopy OR 8” H x 6” W photographs in 300dpi in jpg, tiff or pdf format ( if sent in CD, DVD,USB)
** Photograph should be taken against a white background.
** Affix the applicant’s passport size photo to the entry form. Photograph should be taken against a white background.
** Clearly mention behind your photographs and in the form, the category you are entering in.

Mention details of the look :
a) Hair Colour + technique (shade number, oxidant / developer)
b) Cut + technique (Angels & techniques)
c) Styling + technique(Rollers, tong, Iron, Dryers)
d) Make up : Brand + Shade + Technique (like contouring, usage of Air brush etc)

** The model shown in the photograph submitted by the applicant should be same for the final competition.
** The same look has to be replicated in the final competition at SALONEX 2018.
** Entry strictly restricted to one competition per Artist.
** Applicant will have to pay an entry fee via Cheque / Demand Draft to be drawn in favour of Trade & Technology Exposition Co.(India) Pvt. Ltd., payable at Mumbai, India.
** 50% of the Fees paid will be refunded on not being selected for the competition.
** On qualifying the entry (on jury’s selection), competitor will be informed on the date & time of the final event at SALONEX – 26th – 27th February 2018.
** Kindly fill the form with correct information so that the organizers can contact to inform about the competition details.
** Artist/s & model should reach the venue an hour before with their own make-up & hair kit. Artist / Model should get their own mirror.
** Organizer will provide one table, one chair, a 3 pin plug point- 5 Amp power.

Exhibition Details

Title of Exhibition -Salonex – International Salon & Spa Expo
Venue – Nehru Center,Worli,Mumbai, India
Date – 26 & 27 February, 2018
Timing-Admission age – 11.00 a.m. – 7.00 p.m.The Admission age is 18 years and above.

Children accompanying visitors will not be permitted to enter the exhibition halls on any day.

Facilities & Information :
** Organisers will provide each exhibitor with a stall and facia, one table, two chairs, two spotlights and a 5 amps. plug point.
** Apitional requirements can be hired from the contractor at extra cost.

Possession :
** Stalls fully fabricated and equipped will be handed over to the exhibitors right from the morning at 8.00 a.m. a day prior to the exhibition and they will be permitted to decorate them until 8.00 p.m. in the night.
** Exhibitors are requested to inform their decorators to commence and finish the decoration within this time-frame. No decoration work will be permitted on exhibition days.
