Thank you for expressing your interest to participate in our Twitter Contest – the #FlashbackFridays. Before signing up for the Contest, please familiarize yourself with these terms and conditions of the Contest.

Who Can Participate?
The Contest is valid only for Indian citizens, residing in India and shall take place PAN India. The Contest will start from 5th January 2018, and will run on every Friday between 4 PM to 10 PM.
Prizes/ Winners
Every week, two lucky winners will stand a chance to win a gift voucher worth Rs.500/- from Ashok Leyland Ltd.
How To Participate?
In order to be eligible to participate in the Contest and to win the Prize, you are required to
Step 1: Follow Ashok Leyland (@ALIndiaOfficial) on Twitter
Step 2: Reply to the question in the tweet with one correct answer.
Step 3: Use the Hashtag #FlashbackFridays with your answer.
Step 4: Tag Ashok Leyland (@ALIndiaOfficial) in your tweet.
Selection of Winners
** The Winners will be announced on every following Monday on Ashok Leyland’s Twitter handle and the Company shall contact the Winners on Twitter / via email or telephonically or by such mode of delivery as the Company considers appropriate and at such time as deemed proper by the Company.
** The selection of Winners lies solely with the Company and the decision of the Company in the selection of the Winners is final, conclusive, and binding and no further appeal, inquiry and/or correspondence in this regard shall be entertained. In case of disputes, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding on one and all.
Terms and Conditions
** The Contest is subject to force majeure conditions.
** The Company shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of the Contest upon anyone.
** If a participant contravenes these rules, the participant may, in the Company’s discretion, be disqualified from the Contest.
** The Company is not entering into any contractual, legal or any other kind of relationship with itself and the participants or between participants in running this Contest.
** The persons wishing to participate in the Contest and the Participant(s) therein shall comply with the laws of India and the Rules and Regulations shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
** The participants should note that this contest is free of cost and the Company is not responsible for any payments made by the participants to any third party, agents, contractors, sub-contractors, officers, etc.
** All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and shall be subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
