Contest Duration

The activity/ contest will be open from 11AM Mon 12th February 2018 to 12AM on 28th February 2018

Who Can Enter?

To be eligible to take part in the activity/contest, the Participants need to confirm to the following eligibility criteria

a) an Individual;
b) residing in India;
c) aged 18 years and above;
d) legally eligible to enter into a binding contract;
e) Must be a follower of the Roy Kapur Films Facebook / Twitter / Instagram page.

How To Participate?

Participant/s has to follow the following steps to participate

a) Login to their Facebook/Twitter/Instagram account and visit the Roy Kapur Films (“RKF”) page and start following the page.
b) Share their love stories in 280 characters or less with their own pictures on either of RKF’s official page on the aforementioned social media handles
c) Entry will be considered valid only if all the above steps are followed successfully.

Note:
** Entries submitted by the Participant/s will be evaluated by the panel appointed by Roy Kapur Films.
** Participants can submit only one entry. For the sake of clarity, this means that any individual holding multiple accounts i.e. on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram shall be held to have a single individual identity.

Winner Selection & Prizes

a) The best entries will be shared on the Roy Kapur Films pages as images / retweets / shares
b) Jury’s decision on the selection of best entries will be final and binding on all the Participant/s. No correspondence, clarification, explanation in this regard will be entertained by Roy Kapur Films.

Any person or participant carrying out any correspondence or clarification or tweeting or posting any negative comments about the decision of the Jury shall liable to the Roy Kapur Films and shall be immediately disqualified by all future activities / contests of Roy Kapur Films.

Terms & Conditions

** Roy Kapur Films reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel, update or withdraw this activity /contest at any time without notice. Upon such premature suspension, inconvenience, cessation, withdrawal, termination or closure of the activity /contest by Roy Kapur Films, no person shall be entitled to claim loss of any kind whatsoever.
** Roy Kapur Films shall not be responsible for any intellectual property, including copyright violations done by the participants for the images taken from the internet and only such participant shall be held solely responsible for such acts.
** Roy Kapur Films reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any Participants who tampers or attempts to tamper with the activity/ contest or violates these “Terms and Conditions” or acts in a disruptive manner.
** Participants shall assign, on a sole and exclusive basis the right to use the entries, in any media for brand, products, business or any other objective of Roy Kapur Films in any mode, media and format, as deemed appropriate by Roy Kapur Films.
** In the event Roy Kapur Films selects a winner, the Parties shall enter into a separate agreement/ term sheet to capture the terms of the arrangement.
