Corporate Photography Contest is an employee engagement event, which fosters growth of photography amongst employees of participating companies across India.

It is an exclusive platform that connects employees across diverse sectors with a motto of promoting photography as an art form at workplace.

Who Can Enter?

** The contest is open to all the employees of the registered companies.
** All employees PAN India can register for the contest.

Categories

Nature / Landscapes:
In this category we would like to see images of living plants and animals, geological processes, weather conditions, water, wild animals, rocks, forest and beaches, and all kind of “natural environment” that have not been substantially altered by humans, or which persist despite human intervention.

Wildlife:
Wildlife photography is a type of photography that focuses on taking photographs of wildlife, or non-domesticated animals. This type of photography is important not only for its artistic value, but also for its scientific value as well.

Mobile Photography :
The latest category to be included in the All India Corporate Photography Contest is the mobile photography category. You can now upload your best snaps taken from your high end mobile phones in this category .

The 150 DPI is exempted from mobile photography category .The prints for the exhibition would also be smaller as compared to rest of the other categories. Be sure you upload good quality images to make it to the grand finale.

Portraits:
Portrait photography or portraiture is photography of a person or group of people that displays the expression, personality, and mood of the subject. Like other types of portraiture, the focus of the photograph is usually the person’s face, although the entire body and the background or context may be included.

Culture:
Photographs of people and places depicting the different cultural environments of our world. You may include festivals, ancient professions, traditions and many more.

How To Enter?

To register for the contest, follow the simple steps mentioned below.

Steps:
Step-1: Register Yourself (Choose Your Company)
** Register yourself by going on the Registration Page

** Fill all the details in the form and select your company form dropdown company list. Make sure you select your company.
** Enter your personal Email ID so that you can receive a confirmation mail. Confirm> Login.

Step-2 : Login
** Enter your Personal Email ID and Password for Login.
** Afetr logging in, you can upload upto 5 photographs overall. You can also vote for any other photographs.

Step-3 : Uploading Photos
** My Profile>Upload Photos
** Upload photo by click on the UP arrow button and let it load completely.
** You will next see the box of the crop tool for the gallery view. Drag the box according to the photo and select ok.

Step-4 : Cropping Photos
Cropping is only for the gallery view. You can view the full image once you click on the Thumbnail in the gallery page.

Step-5 : Choose Your Photo Category
** Select your category properly.
** Go to our categories tab to understand better.
** If you have clicked from Mobile phone which might belong to portrait category, you can eiher upload in mobile or portrait category.

Contest FAQs

Is there a size limit to my file uploaded ? How Many photos can I upload ?
The Size limit is 10 MB for faster uploads reduce the file size to below 4MB . You can upload total upto 5 photographs.

Minimum DPI Required? How to know DPI?
The Minimum DPI required is 150DPI. To know your DPI of your photo go to Photo > Right Click > Properties> Details: Image. View Resolution. ( Excluded for Mobile Photography Category ) In Case your DPI is less but the photos are clear and sharp with good resolution for printing we can still shortlist

Will you accept photos with Watermarks & Frames ?
Photos with Frames and Watermarks are not allowed in the contest

Can I participate if I had been a Prize Winner or an exhibitor of pervious years Corporate Photography Contest?
Yes you can enter the contest again, with new photos in this edition

Can I submit a photograph, which has already won a contest ?
Photographs that have won other contests, either online or in print, are not eligible for submission. We define winning as having won a grand prize and having won 1st, 2nd or 3rd place overall. Works that have won prizes in other contests or that have been submitted to other contests currently underway are not eligible.

Is photo manipulation or editing allowed?
Minor adjustments, including sharpening, contrast, exposure and slight color adjustment or the digital equivalents, are acceptable for all categories. If our judges see that the photographer has obviously altered a photo, they have the right to disqualify it or move it to the Altered Images category. HDR Images are not allowed.

Can I submit a photograph through mail or through Corporate Photography Contest FB Page?
The Corporate photography Contest website is the only way to upload your photos, we will not encourage sending us photos through other sources.

Will you change the category if you think I select my photograph into the wrong one?
No we will not change the category, read our page know our categories for more information on this.

When and how are the results announced?
The results will be announced on 10th May and also on our facebook page. The certificates will be handed over to the HR team or the employee engagement team of your company

Who are eligible to receive certificates and how will I receive it?
All exhibited photographs will receive certificates. Certificates will be handed over to respective company HR’s after the exhibition.

Did not vote on my photo , but coming already Voted
The reason is the IP address has been used earlier for voting for the same photograph. In offices many computers are linked with 1 IP address and hence you would see this message.

I have not received the confirmation mail ?
Please check personal mail id for the confirmation mail If not please mail us info@corporatephotographycontest.com we will enable from backend

Voting Winning Criteria

Only 3 photos who have maximum votes fall in the Voting criteria All exhibited photos will be selected by curators & Judges ( Voting does not count) All 6 Category winners will be selected by judges ( Voting does not count)
