Stay On Fire Poetry Contest
The Great Indian Poetry Contest is a nation-wide Online English Poetry Contest with an International Category for poets with other nationalities.

The winners will be awarded a cumulative cash prize of INR 50,000. Two poems per submission. An entrant can make multiple submissions.
Prize
** Winner: INR 25,000
** Runner-Up: INR 10,000
** Second Runner-Up: INR 5,000
** 10 Consolation Prizes: Each prize winner will receive INR 1,000
** International Category: USD 100
Submission
** Each submission is permitted to have two poems.
** Multiple submissions are allowed.
** International Category: Each submission has one poem.

Guidelines
** Submissions are open to ALL persons above 14 yrs of age.
** Please send us only unpublished poems. If they have been published in any magazines, newspapers or journals, online or offline, we cannot accept that. However you can send us poems that you have posted on your social media pages.
** No theme applied.
** We accept simultaneous submissions. However, please notify us if your poem is picked up to be published through your other submissions.
** All poem submissions must be in English language only.
** A poem must not exceed 40 Lines. Poems may be of any style.
** Last Date is 10 July 2018.
** The shortlisted poets and poems will be intimated by email given during submission. Results can be expected by 10 August 2018 (subject to change depending on judges’ availability).
** The Anthology of poems is set to be published on 10 September 2018 (subject to change).

Submission Fee
Indians & NRIs :
** You can submit two poems per submission. You can make multiple submissions.
** Each submission has a fee of INR 250.
International Category :
** This category applies to poets who are non Indian and wish to participate.
** Each submission can have one poem. You can make multiple submissions.
** Each submission has a fee of USD 5.
Jury Members
The distinguished jury panel consists of Javed Akhtar (Poet, Lyricist, Screenwriter), and Kausar Munir (Poet, Lyricist, Screenwriter) and Kalki Koechlin (Actor, Activist, Poet)
The jury panel will pick the 50 best poems from the contest, and they will be published in the much-awaited Anthology of On Fire, ‘Aatish 2’, An International Anthology of Poems, alongside renowned and award winning writers such as Gulzar, Piyush Mishra, Swanand Kirkire and many more.
