Sony Pictures Networks India Private Limited, owned television channel ‘Sony SAB’ activity is conducted by SPN on its SABTV’s Social Media Profiles” during the on air telecast of one of its program titled “P.L. Deshpande Ke Kirdaron Pe Aadharit – Namune” for promotion of the Show

Who Can Participate?
1. The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries are not eligible to participate.
2. The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity.

Selection Process
1) The decision of SPN in choosing the Winners and the appropriate answer by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while participating into this Activity agree to accept SPN’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.
2) SPN shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for the definitive process for choosing the Winners and the Participants by participating in the Activity shall be bound by these T&Cs and Basic T&Cs.

Winners Announcement
1) The Winners shall be declared at the end of the Contest Term on the SABTV’s Social Media Pages.
2) The Winners need to revert with the required details and formalities within twenty four (24) hours after contacting them.
3) Any responses received after this Last Date shall be considered void and the Winner shall stand disqualifiedfor which SPN shall not be liable in any manner, way or form.
