Eligibility

The Contest is open for the visitors of the Venue only who have attained the age of 18 years or above.

How To Participate?

Sony shall host the Contest at [Doolally, Andheri West, Mumbai]  on [19th Feb, 2019] during [8 PM] to [8.30 PM] wherein the host shall ask a set of [15] questions and the person eligible to participate in the Contest  can offer to answer the question by raise of hand. SPN’s representative hosting the Contest at the Venue  shall, at its sole discretion, select one (1) person to answer the question of the Contest.

If the Participant answers the question correctly, he/she shall be eligible to receive the Prize . If the Participant answers the question incorrectly, the Host shall be entitled to choose another Participant to answer the question.

The Participant may participate in the Contest as many times as he/she wants in relation to the Contest however the same shall not increase such Participant’s chances of being chosen by the Host to answer the question of the Contest over the other Participant(s) who have chosen to participate to answer only one question in the Contest.

Prize

Each Winner of the Contest shall win 1 (one) exclusive SPN merchandise worth [INR 1000 or 2700]

The Prize shall be given to the Winner upon giving the correct answer at the Venue during the Period upon the Winner showing and confirming his/her name, age proof and such other compliance as may be required by SPN.

Failing to collect the Prize or in the event, not presenting necessary proof of participation and identity to the satisfaction of SPN, Winner shall be disqualified from collecting the Prize and SPN may, at its discretion, select another Winner.

Contest Terms

** SPN reserves the right to select the Participants who answer the question of the Contest and such decision shall be final and binding on the Participants.
** SPN reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the Winners if no Participant has submitted entries up to the satisfaction of SPN.
** Decision of SPN in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard
** The Prize may be awarded to the Winner after age verification and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
** SPN shall not be liable for any cost or expense over and above the Prize including without limitation delivery and travel expenses.
** While accepting the Prize, the Winners may be required to sign an “indemnity and release of claims” form provided by SPN, as the case may be, which shall release SPN of all liability.
** Failure to complete and sign any documents requested by SPN may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate Winner. All decisions of SPN are final in this regard.
** Each Winner can claim a Prize only once in this Contest. Any subsequent wins (if declared) by the same person will be automatically void.
** In the event of any discrepancy as to the date and/or the time of receipt of Entries, SPN shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.
** SPN does not provide any implied or express warranties or guarantees with respect to usability and sizes of the Prize.
** Prize is not transferable, assignable or exchangeable.
** The Prize cannot be negotiated or refunded, and by no means will cash equivalent be given.
** Only the Winner, and no other person or agent, may claim the Prize.
** SPN has the right to substitute the Prize with other prize of similar or equal value, as determined by SPN in its sole discretion.
