Frooti Bigg Boss Tamil Season 3 Caller Of The Week Contest 2019 that is organized and hosted by Parle Agro Private limited to promote the Contest on its Channel ‘Star Vijay’ in relation to the Program “Bigg Boss- Season 3”

Who Can Participate?
** The Contest is open for all individuals who are residents of India.
** If the Participant is/are below 18 (eighteen) years of age then in such event, responsibility and undertakings should be complied by such Participant’s parent/legal guardian.
Contest Period
The Contest shall commence from 28th June, 2019 at 00.00 hours and shall conclude on 6th October, 2019 at 23:59 hours or the week before the finale week of the Program.
Mechanism for Participation
Steps :
Step 1 : In order to participate Participant shall type FROOTICOTW <space> and then the question they want to ask the housemate(s) and sends the message to 9553195531.
Step 2 : Participant gets a feedback message – Thank you for participating in FROOTI presents Bigg Boss Tamil COTW. You will be reached if you are selected as the “caller of the week”. Thank You.
Step 3 : Shortlisted winner will be intimated by ASCPL via a phone call.
Step 4 : On the Weekend episode, the winner gets to call Kamal Hassan and/or the housemates as their gratification.
Selection Method
The basis for deciding the Caller of the Week for the Contest shall solely be decided by the judges appointed by ASCPL.
Terms & Conditions
** Participation in the Contest by way of sending SMS and/or other means as communicated by Company/ASCPL
** The Participant shall use decent language while communicating with the host and housemate/s and the Participant further undertakes to ensure that the language and Question should not be obscene, vulgar, defaming any housemate, denigrate women or children in any manner.
** The Caller of the Week understands though he/she is entitled to ask only that Question which has been pre-approved by ASCPL.
** The Participants shall be responsible to bear the cost charged by their respective network operator.
** If, in any State and/or territory or part thereof, the running of this Contest is prohibited, the Participants from such State and/or territory or part thereof shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Before or after the enjoyment of the Prize, the respective Caller of the Week may also be required to approach ASCPL, in the manner communicated by ASCPL to sign a release letter in the format as required by ASCPL.
** Company with ASCPL’s reserves the right to change or suspend the Mechanism for Participation and/or cease/discontinue/cancel/change/alter/modify these Terms and Conditions.
