Insta Banking ‘Meet Bajirao’ Contest 2015 :

Insta Banking is a new feature in the iMobile App. With this feature, you can save time at the branch by filling forms required for various transactions, even before you reach the branch.

Contest Duration : November 18 to December 31, 2015

Contest Details :

1. a. Top 10 Customers with highest number of branch transactions through Insta Banking from November 18 – November 30, 2015 get to meet the Bajirao
** 5 Savings Account customers and 5 Current Account customers will be selected
** Customers should download iMobile app on their smartphones and then do Insta Banking transactions

b. Top 60 customers with highest number of branch transactions through Insta Banking from December 1 – December 31, 2015 get autographed CDs
** 30 Savings Account customers and 30 Current Account customers will be selected
** The CDs shall be signed by one of the main star cast of ‘Bajirao Mastani’

c. On completing your first Insta Banking transaction, you get:
** A Provogue watch (On payment of handling charge of Rs. 299/Rs. 399)
** 10 off on recharge of Rs. 100 & above using ICICI Bank’s Cards and 20% off on pizza worth Rs. 350 and above – from jaldirecharge.com

2. The Contest is applicable to all Customers across India
3. Contest Period- November 17, 2015, 23.59 Hours IST to December 31, 2015, 23.59 Hours IST.
4. The ‘Meet & Greet’ will happen in Mumbai, India.
5. The Contest is valid only for ICICI Bank Customer/s in India and shall be valid and subsisting during the Contest Period, unless otherwise notified by ICICI Bank. The Customer/s shall be required to carry out at least one transaction through Insta Banking feature in iMobile app in the Contest Period, in order to be eligible for the contest.
6. Participation in the Contest by the Customer/s is on a voluntary basis.
7. This Contest cannot be clubbed with any other Contest that may be made available to the Customer.
8. The Contest is non-transferable

Terms and Conditions for Winners of the Contest :

1. The Winners for the Contest shall be announced on or before December 10.
2. The Winners of autographed CDs shall be announced on or before January 15.
3. The Winner’s name will be updated on ICICI Bank Website. Additionally, Winners will be informed personally over phone followed by an e-mail regarding the date and location to meet the Bajirao in India.
4. ICICI Bank will not be responsible incase the Winner is not reachable over Phone (Voice Mail will not be considered as personally informed). Three attempts on a single day will be made by ICICI Bank to reach the winner over phone. If the Winner is still not reachable then the next top spender will be contacted.
5. The winners shall be asked to come to the location of ‘Meet & Greet” at a short notice i.e. less than 2 days. Winner shall confirm the same to ICICI on e-mail.
6. ICICI Bank shall arrange for the travel to & fro and accommodation of Winners for one day and bear the cost for the same.
7. ICICI Bank shall not be held responsible for delay ‘to & fro’ caused due to change in fight timings. partner

Other Terms & Condition :

1. By participating in the Contest, the Customer agrees to be bound by the Terms and Conditions (which may be amended or varied at any time by ICICI Bank with or without notice) and by ICICI Bank’s decisions, which shall be deemed to be final and binding in all matters pertaining to the Contest. All changes in the Terms and Conditions shall be posted o icicibank.com/ (“Website”).
2. Under this Contest, upon compliance with the conditions mentioned above, the Customer/s shall be entitled with an invite from ICICI Bank.
3. The Customer availing the invite is a single usage/single person pass only.
4. ICICI Bank India shall also not be liable for, canceling and abandoning of the contest by the Alliance Partner.
5. ICICI Bank reserves the right to modify/change all or any of the Terms and Conditions governing the Contest. ICICI Bank also reserves the right to discontinue the Contest without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
6. ICICI Bank will also not be responsible in case of any natural calamities that may occur at the venue of ‘Meet & Greet.
