What is OnePlus Consumer Offer Contest?

Consumer Offer Contest is being organized by Oneplus Technology India Private Limited. Flip and Win Challenge will start on 28th September 2023 12:00 PM and end on 3rd October 2023 11:59 PM. Citizen and legal resident of India can participate in this contest. This Contest is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu. The Contest winners may win a OnePlus 11/OnePlus 11R/OnePlus Nord Buds 2r/Gaming Triggers.

How to Participate in the Flip and Win Challenge?

1.Flip and Win Challenge will start on 28th September 2023 12:00 PM and end on 3rd October 2023 11:59 PM.
2.The participant must register or log in to their OnePlus account on oneplus.in.
3.The participant must visit oneplus.in and go to the ‘Flip and Win Challenge’ section on the homepage.
4.The participant can flip up to 2 cards in a day.
5.The participant should complete all the tasks mentioned on the flipped card to be eligible to win rewards.
6.After all the four cards have been flipped and the requested tasks been completed, the participant will be eligible to enter the Contest.

Prizes of Flip and Win Challenge

** The Contest winners may win a OnePlus 11/OnePlus 11R/OnePlus Nord Buds 2r/Gaming Triggers however, the prizes are at the discretion of OnePlus Technology India Private Limited (“OnePlus”).
** The winners will receive vouchers equivalent to the price of the reward in their accounts, which they can use on oneplus.in to buy.
** All the prizes will be dispatched to the winners after the expiry of the Contest Period, however, this will depend upon the geography/ location accessibility in which the customer resides in.
** Contest Prizes cannot be returned or refunded for cash at any point of time.
** The final list of winners will be solely decided at the discretion of OnePlus Technology India Private Limited (“OnePlus”).

Terms & Conditions of Consumer Offer Contest

** By participating in the Contest, you give OnePlus and/or its affiliates permission to use your name, likeness, image, voice, and / or appearance as such may be embodied in any pictures, photos, video recordings, audiotapes, digital images, and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

** You agree that OnePlus and / or its affiliates has the right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that OnePlus and / or its affiliates has complete ownership of such pictures, etc., including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose.

** These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet.

** You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc., and hereby release OnePlus and/or its affiliates and its agents and assigns from any and all claims which arise out of or are in any way connected with such use.

** You give your consent to OnePlus and / or its affiliates and its agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Contest and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.

** This Contest is being made purely on a “best effort” basis and participating in this Contest is voluntary.

** By participating in the Contest, you will be legally bound hereby, to release from liability, and hold harmless OnePlus, its affiliates and any of their employees, directors, agents, representatives or successor and its services for any matters in relation to this Contest, including the Prize and/or benefits.

** This release is for any and all liability for personal injuries (including death), property loss or damage, and misuse of the Prizes offered under this Contest, in connection with any activity or directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, or participation in the Contest, even if caused or contributed to by Mobitech’s negligence.
