Eligibility of OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest

You need to fulfill the following eligibility criteria to enter the Contest:
(a) You should be an individual and legal resident of the Republic of India;
(b) You have a billing address within the territory of India;
(d) You should have a valid Pan Card;
(e) Should have registered on oneplus.in;

How to Participate in the OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest?

a) This is contest is named “OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Campaign”
b) Eligible users who meet above criteria can participant in the contest.
c) Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following: 3 OnePlus Open foldable phones
d) The contest will be hosted on oneplus.in and OnePlus Store App as per the timeline mentioned above i.e. 6:30 PM IST, October 12th to October 19th 2023 (inclusive) in the Indian region.
e) Winners will be notified by email.

g) Participants who are selected but do not meet the eligibility criteria or comply with the rules will automatically forfeit their prize.

Rule of OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest

1. Every user has 1 chance to participate.
2. You can participate in the contest from 6:30 PM IST October 12th to October 19th, 2023 (inclusive)
3. Participants who click on “Notify Me” during the “OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest” period have a chance to win one prize from the following: 3 OnePlus Open foldable phones.
4. Three (3) winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants during the campaign period.
5. Winners will be chosen at random from all eligible participants depending on the final Notify Me number when the campaign period ends:
a.If the final Notify Me meets Level 1, one winner will be selected: the winner will receive one OnePlus Open foldable phone;
b.If the final Notify Me number meets Level 2, two winners will be selected: each of the two winners will receive one OnePlus Open foldable phone.
c.If the final Notify Me number meets Level 3, three winners will be selected: each of the three winners will receive one OnePlus Open 5G foldable phone.

Reward of OnePlus Open Stretch Goal Contest

On winning, a free coupon would be sent to the users’ OnePlus Account directly and can be seen in the ‘My Coupon’ section. Each coupon can only be used once. Each of the three (3) winners will receive a redemption code for a free OnePlus Open.

The code will be valid for 30 days after receipt. The selected participants will automatically forfeit their claim to the Prize if they do not meet the eligibility criteria or do not comply with these T&Cs.
