What is Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest?

‘Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest’ 2023 is organized by Khadi India. Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens. KVIC in collaboration with MyGov is hosting ‘Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest’ to sensitise the youth towards Khadi, ‘Vocal for Local’ and make them aware about benefits of these to our economy, ecology & women empowerment and to catalyse the public at large & youth in particular to buy Khadi & local products and inculcate in them pride for local products. Last Date of Contest is 31st October 2023.

Eligibility of Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest

** Quiz is open to all Indian Citizens.

How to Participate in the Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest?

1. Go to the Website https://quiz.mygov.in/quiz/khadi-mahotsav-quiz-contest/
2. The quiz will start as soon as the participant clicks on the ‘Submit’ button after entering the correct OTP.
3. This is a timed quiz with 10 questions to be answered in 300 seconds. There will be no negative marking.
4. Participants need to ensure to provide all valid and correct details in the profile page. Updated profile is to be used for further communication with the participant. An incomplete profile will not be eligible to become the Winner.
5. The questions will be randomly picked from the question bank through an automated process.
6. Multiple entries from the same participant will not be accepted. The same mobile number and email id cannot be used more than once to participate in the quiz. In case of duplicate entries, 1st attempted record will be taken for evaluation.
7. KVIC and MyGov have all the rights to modify or discontinue the quiz at any point of time in the event of any unforeseen events. This includes the ability to change these terms and conditions, etc. for the avoidance of doubt.
8. KVIC and MyGov reserves all rights to disqualify or refuse the participation of any participant if participation or association of any participant detrimental to the proper conduct of the quiz. The participation shall be void if the received information is illegible, incomplete, damaged, false or erroneous.
9. In case of any dispute, jury’s decision will be final.
10. Participants need to check regularly on the website for the updates.
11. The rewards will be given in the form of KVIC e-coupon which will be redeemable on KVIC e-commerce platform www.khadiindia.gov.in subject to the condition that the winner has to purchase Khadi and V.I. products worth minimum of Rs.100/- from www.khadiindia.gov.in and further the winner has to declare a list of 5 to 10 items, which he/she would replace with local products, in the KVIC ecommerce-platform viz., www.khadiindia.gov.in.
12. Employees of associated Ministries/Organisations or employees directly or indirectly connected with the hosting of the contest, are not eligible to participate. This ineligibility also applies to their immediate family members.
13. The participants who fetch the maximum number of correct answers in the minimum time will be declared the winner.
14. The organizers reserve the rights to disqualify participants, refuse entry, or discard entries, if such instances or participation is considered to be detrimental to the competition, or additionally, any entry will be considered void if the information submitted is illegible, incomplete, false, or erroneous.
15. Organizers will not accept any responsibility for entries that are lost, are late, incomplete or have not been transmitted due to computer error or any other error beyond the organizer’s responsibility.
16. The participants shall abide by all the terms and conditions of the quiz competition, including any amendments or further updates.
17. By entering the Quiz, the participant accepts and agrees to be bound by the above‑mentioned terms and conditions.
18. The following terms and conditions henceforth shall be governed by Indian laws and the judgments of the Indian judicial system.

Prizes & Gratifications of Khadi Mahotsav Quiz Contest

1) The Top 20 Winners will be rewarded with the Rs 5000* Coupon each.
2) All the participants of the contest are rewarded with e-certificates on MyGov Platform.
