Eligibility of Amul Topical Contest

** The Contest will start from 13th December 2023, and shall close on 25th December 2023. Any votes received on the portal post the specified time will be deemed invalid.
** Contest is open exclusively to all Indian residents above the age of 18 years except employees and the family members of GCMMF Ltd. (Amul), its associate companies, its advertising and contestable agencies, and its auditors.

Terms & Conditions of Amul Topical Contest

** Participation in this contest is voluntary and participation deems acceptance of the terms and conditions of this contest.
** There will be 100 winners selected.
** The decision of GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) in selecting the winner will be final and binding.
** It is understood that it will take at least 3 weeks for the prize to be delivered to the recipient.
** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) reserves the right to cancel, modify, extend, or withdraw the offer prematurely at its sole and absolute discretion.
** The gifts are neither transferable nor upgradeable and no cash payment in lieu of the same will be made.

** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) shall be at liberty to use the photographs, voice, motion pictures of the participants and/ or winners for media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which exists today or will be known anytime in the future, without any consideration to the participant and/ or the winner and the participant/winner agrees that he/she has no objection to the same.

** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or any other liability arising out of this activity.

** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or damage due to Act of God, Governmental actions, other force majeure circumstances and shall not be liable to pay any amount as compensation, or otherwise, for any such loss, delay, or damage.

** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) shall not be liable for any loss of prizes due to incorrect address, or any other information provided by the winner.
** GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) is not responsible for any malfunction/ server error/ technical fault of any kind either at the participant’s end or the website, which prevents the participant from talking part in the contest.
** The decision of GCMMF Ltd. (Amul) will be final and binding with regard to any dispute arising out of this offer and is non-contestable. No correspondence shall be entertained in this regard.
** All disputes relating to this contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts in Gujarat only.
