What is Thums Up ICC Piyo World Cup Tour Pe Jao Contest?

Thums Up ICC 2024 Promotion is a consumer promotion organised by Coca-Cola India Private Limited CCIPL, wherein individuals, upon scanning the QR Code on the Promotion Products can participate in and win Prize(s) by registering on the Promotion Website. The Promotion shall be valid for the individuals residing in India except for the state of Tamil Nadu and shall be applicable on 500ml, 600ml,750ml, 1L, 1.25L, 1.5L, 2L, 2.25L Thums Up® PET packs. Last Date of Contest is 30th April 2024.

Eligibility of Thums Up ICC Piyo World Cup Contest

** Subject to the criteria of Promotion Territory, entry and participation in this Promotion is open to individuals who satisfy each of the following criteria (“Eligible Persons”):
(i)- Must have attained 18 (eighteen) years of age.
(ii)- own a valid cellular GSM or CDMA phone connection and internet connection that is accessible at all times.
(iii)- bear a good moral character and have not been implicated or named in any legal proceedings (either civil or criminal).

(iv)- are not management, employees, directors or contractors, or the family of the management, employees, directors or contractors of CCIPL, their related entities or other agencies, firms or companies associated with or related to the Promotion (including suppliers of Prizes).

** Please note that any entry received from states other than the Promotion Territory shall be declared as null and void and shall not be taken into consideration for determining the Winners of the Prize.
** For the sake of clarity, this Promotion is not open to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs), Overseas Citizens of India (OCIs) and Persons of Indian Origin (PIOs).

How to Participate in the Thums Up ICC Piyo World Cup Contest?

The Participant can participate subject to the following terms:
1. Buy a Thums Up Promotion Product.
2. Scan the QR code on the Promotion Product to visit the Promotion Website.
3. Register with a valid mobile number and accept these Terms and the Promotion Website’s Privacy Policy to Participate in this Promotion.

4. Participants upon logging in, can engage in activities to accumulate Digital Kilometers (as defined hereinbelow) as outlined below, positioning themselves for Prize(s) across tiers, as detailed in Clause 7:
a. Entering Unique Code from behind the label of the Promotion Product – 5000 kms per Unique Code entered
b. Referring Friends – 100kms per successful referral, collected only when referee registers on the Promotion Website and enters referrer’s unique Referral Code. Participants can refer any number of friends.

5. Keep collecting kms until the total is >= 14000 kms (the distance between India and the location of ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2024). As soon as your distance is complete, you will be eligible to enter the lucky draw.
6. If you are a winner of the Hourly Prize, you will be instantly notified on the Promotion Website as well as via SMS/WhatsApp on the win, along with voucher code and instructions to redeem your prize.
7. If you are not a winner of the Hourly Prize, you automatically enter the lucky draw pool for the Daily Bumper Prize.
8. The Daily Bumper Prize lucky draw will be conducted at midnight each day from the pool of participant(s) qualified till the end of previous day.

9. If you are a winner of the Daily Bumper Prize, you will be instantly notified on the Promotion Website as well as via SMS/WhatsApp on the win.
a. You will be required to fill out a Claim Form to provide, including but not limited to, your shipping address and Passport details to confirm your travel.

b. The provided details will undergo a verification process by a third party and/or the Agency:
i. If successfully verified, your travel will be confirmed. You will be accordingly notified on the Promotion Website and via SMS/WhatsApp
ii. If your verification fails, you can use the Claim Form to update correct details latest by 5th May 2024.

c. If you do not currently have a valid passport, you can proceed to apply for one and share details via the Claim Form latest by 5th May 2024.

During the Promotion Period, Participants on the basis of valid participation as per the Terms of Clause 6, shall be eligible to win the following Prize(s):
Daily Bumper Prize :
** An all-expenses paid trip including air travel, accommodation and General Stand match ticket to the Semi Final of the ICC Men’s World Cup 2024 Match in West Indies.

Hourly Prize(s):
** Fancode Vouchers worth Rs.999 valid for redemption against a Team India jersey on the Fancode website
** Fancode Vouchers worth Rs.499 valid for redemption against any merch on the Fancode website

The winners of the Prize(s) (each a “Winner”) may access details of their Prize(s) under the My Wins section of their Profile on the Promotion Website. It is hereby clarified that, the Participant can participate in the Promotion multiple times during the Promotion Period, but each Participant will be eligible to win up to a maximum of one Prize per Mobile Number during the Promotion Period.

Promotion Period of Thums Up ICC Piyo World Cup Contest

This Promotion will commence at 00:00:00 hrs Indian Standard Time (“IST”) on 1st March 2024 (“Start Date”) and will continue until 30th April 2024 11:59:59 pm IST (“End Date”) (“Promotion Period”). Any entries received outside the Promotion Periods shall not be eligible for the Prize(s) applicable for that phase and shall not be carried forward to any other promotional scheme ahead.
