What is ZEE Tamil 12 PM Watch & Win Contest?

’12 PM WATCH & WIN CONTEST’ is a Randomizer/raffle/draw style contest organized by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited on its TV channel, namely “ZEE Tamil”. The Contest is being conducted only for the residents of Tamil Nadu aged 18 years and above. The participants must give a missed call to the below mentioned Mobile Number indicating their answer from amongst the two options i.e.. option A or option B to the question which will be displayed on the Channel every day between the time slot. One can win only 1 gratification throughout the contest period. The contest shall be conducted from 15th March 2024 to 31st March 2024.

Eligibility of 12 PM Watch & Win Contest

The Contest shall be carried out by the Company in the following manner: The Company will ask its viewers/the Participants (defined below) to voice their option on the questions which will be flashed in the channel every day between the times slots (“Time Slot”):

** The contest shall be conducted from 15th March 2024 to 31st March 2024(Contest Period) between 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM each day during the Contest Period.

** There will be a total of 17 questions i.e 1 Question each day will be flashed on the channel during the time slot mentioned hereinabove (i.e at 12:00 Pm to 3.00Pm). Each question will have two options, the participants must choose the correct answer among those two options.

** The participants must give a missed call to the below mentioned Mobile Number indicating their answer from amongst the two options i.e… option A or option B to the question which will be displayed on the Channel every day between the time slot mentioned hereinabove.

** The contest will be held from 15th March 2024 to 31st March 2024 from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm each contest day for the respective question.

** Entries shall not be considered if they exceed the Contest period i.e Every question shall be answered by the end of each day (3:00 pm) , entries receiving post the contest period shall be invalid. By participating in the Contest, the Participants (defined below) agree to be unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Procedure For Participation in the 12 Pm Watch & Win Contest

1. In order to participate in the Contest, each interested viewer/person (“Participant”) shall be required to:
a. Select an option from amongst the two options displayed on the Channel during the telecast of the movie everyday between the time slot in response to the question displayed on the Channel, during the Contest Period (defined below).

b. The Participants must select an option by giving a missed call to the number corresponding to the respective option of their choice. For easy reference the mobile numbers corresponding to each options are mentioned below,

c. It is clarified that the Company may, at its sole discretion, alter or substitute the numbers associated with the responses without any prior notice.

d. Participants shall choose the correct answer and may give a missed call to the appropriate number within the contest period i.e till 3.00 PM of each day during the contest period commencing of 15th March 2024 to 31st March 2024 or such other time as determined by the Company at its sole discretion.. Any Contest Entry received outside of the above mentioned time shall be rejected.

e. Participants will only stand a single chance to win a Home Appliance as solely decided by ZEE, or such other prize as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. The same participant will not be chosen as the winner for two or more questions.

f. The Contest shall commence from 15th March 2024 12:00 PM and shall continue up till 31st March 2024 till 3.00 PM (“Contest Period”).
g. Compliance with the conditions mentioned herein shall constitute the Participant’s valid entry into the Contest (“Contest Entry”).

h. The name of the winners will be flashed in the ZEE THIRAI Channel on the next day or any date as determined by Company between the Contest Period and they will be contacted through Telephonic calls to confirm their Identity or through such other means as determined by the Company in its sole discretion. It is the sole responsibility of the Participant to check whether he/she has won the contest.

i. Under no circumstances, the company shall be held responsible in case the winner is not aware of their winning.

2. It is clarified that, irrespective of the number of entries made by a Participant, each Participant shall stand only a single chance to win the prize(s). Any Participant found to be in breach of the same, as solely determined by the Company, shall stand disqualified from the Contest.

3. The Participants shall, while participating in the Contest, conduct themselves in a decent and respectable manner.
4. The Participants shall ensure that they are in compliance with all applicable laws while participating in the Contest.

5. The Participant shall ensure that any information submitted, including but not limited to the details contained in the Contest Entry, is decent, in compliance with applicable laws, and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous, or blasphemous to any person, religious sect or section of the society, or infringe the rights of any third party including any intellectual property rights etc.

6. The Participant unconditionally and irrevocably assigns all rights including but not limited to Intellectual Property Rights, if any, present in the Contest Entry submitted by them in favour of the Company, for the entire world and in perpetuity and the Participants agree and acknowledge and makes all necessary declarations confirming the aforesaid. Such assignment shall operate for all the modes, media and formats of exploitation.

7. The Company may promote this Contest and announce the Winners via telephonic calls or such other means as determined by the Company in its sole discretion.

Winners Selection of 12 Pm Watch & Win Contest

(i) On being selected winners have to share Self attested Pan would be mandatory with photo cum address proof Aadhaar /Permanent drivers license /voter card /valid passport
(ii) One can win only 1 gratification throughout the contest period
(iii) Eligibility 18 years & above
(iv) Only those residing in TAMILNADU are eligible to participate.

(v) The winners shall get an Intimation Call having all instructions on the process required to be adhered by the Winner(s) which inter alia shall include the personal information (“PI”) of the Winner(s) such as name, contact number, email address, age, gender, name of parents, residential address etc.

** The Winner(s) shall be requested to furnish their documents to ZEEL such as Pan Card; Proof of identity cum permanent address proof – Aadhar card / Election card/permanent Driver’s License/Passport or any other document as ZEEL may deem fit; and such other documents as may be required and informed by ZEEL from time to time (“Documents”).

(vi) Post verification of documents winners will have to personally collect gratification by visiting ZEEL office with their Pan Card & valid photo id proof as mentioned above at the designated day and time decided by the channel at their own expense.

(vii) All the requested documents /Id’s must be shared within 7 days from the date of declaration of the winners, failure to fulfill the requirements, gratification will be forfeited. In addition, if any winners fail to collect the gratification within the timelines communicated, gratification will be forfeited, and no further claims will be entertained.
