Contest Period of Rukna Mushkil Hai Contest

This promotion will start on 23 April 2024 through the Instagram handle of Shell India Markets Pvt. Ltd (SIMPL) – @shell_india_official, as well as on the pages of multiple content creators in partnership with SIMPL (listed in annexure B). To qualify for this promotion, you must be a resident of India. The closing date for this contest is 15 May 2024 at 11:59 P.M.

Selection of the Winner for Rukna Mushkil Hai Contest

** Based on the quality of their responses & upon fulfilling the contest conditions as mentioned in the Instagram post.
** Any entries that are protected by copyright or trademark or are without the permission of the author or the owner or are defamatory, illegal, hateful, sexually explicit, harmful, or unfit according to SIMPL will not be considered valid and may be removed from the page.

** The contest is being hosted by SIMPL in partnership with multiple content creators. Three winners will be selected from all the entries submitted to shell_india_official and/or all the multiple content creators as listed in annexure B.

Rules of Rukna Mushkil Hai Contest

** Participant must be minimum 18 years of age and an Indian resident.
** Participant must follow the official handle of SIMPL in India, i.e. @shell_india_official on Instagram and add #RuknaMushkilHai in the entry
** As the winners will be contacted by SIMPL via Direct Message (DM) on Instagram, the participants hereby grant the consent for same.
** Winners will have to respond to the DM within 72 hours.
** Winners will have to share a valid Government ID (preferable Driving License) & share their valid postal address.
** This Contest is not for Tamil Nadu.
** Shell employees are not eligible for the contest

Prize of Rukna Mushkil Hai Contest

The prize is as follows:
** Three participants will be shortlisted to receive one Shell Advance helmet signed by Shahid Kapoor, each.
** No cash or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control SIMPL reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value.
** Exchanges will not be provided in the event of logistics, transportation issues or damages, incorrect address.
** The winner shall be decided solely by SIMPL and SIMPL’s decision shall be conclusive, final and binding on all participants.
** SIMPL reserves all the rights to change, modify or suspend or cancel the prize/conditions of the contest without prior notice.
