Eligibility of School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru Contest

** Participant(s) must be a citizen of India, residing in India. Residents of other countries and residents who are not Indian citizens are not eligible to participate. The Program is valid in all states except Tamil Nadu.

** The Employees, agents, associates, and promoters of Cremica and of its affiliates, subsidiaries, and advertisement agencies (including their immediate family members) and all others directly associated with organizing the Program(s) are not eligible to participate.

** In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, Reward will be disbursed to legal guardian / Parent. An undertaking, as well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed.

How To Enter in the School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru Contest?

To enter in the School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru Contest, Follow the below steps

Steps:
** Customers buy the promo pack and scan the QR code printed on the pack.
** Customers will land on the program webform (Microsite based)
** Customers will enter the mobile number & and batch code/ lot number, and the OTP validation takes place.
** In case of invalid batch code entered, users will be asked to enter the correct batch code.
** Post validation customers will receive the participation confirmation communication.
** Per minute randomizer will pick up 1 lucky winner and they will receive either a direct WhatsApp SMS or an SMS with a link on their registered mobile number and On clicking the link, the customer will land on the WhatsApp chatbot where they will have to select between UPI or Amazon.

Prizes of School Shuru Cremica Bourbon Shuru Contest

** Customers will receive cashback Rs. 20 via UPI id or Amazon, whichever customer wants to select.
** If winner selects UPI, then they must mention the UPI id to get the cashback, for Amazon they receive the voucher via WhatsApp.
** Everyday 10 lucky winners will win a backpack, and same process is followed where the users must provide the address details to receive the reward on WhatsApp.
** Every week 1 lucky winner will win a hoverboard, and same process is followed where the users must provide the address details to receive the reward.
** 1 lucky family (of 2) will win an international trip from Delhi to Hong Kong or / MMT Voucher of Rs. 1.6 lakh, for this set of winners, confirmation communication on WhatsApp will go.
** Winners will be called (except cashback) to inform about the reward that they have won.
** The participants are required to keep the pack with the Lot no. used for participation safe, as they may need to submit a copy of the pack with the visible winning code during KYC verification if they are shortlisted as a winner.
** The Program will start at 00:10:01 AM on 1st July’2025 and end at 19:59:59 PM on 31stAug’2025. Any entries attempted and/or made before or after the prescribed/allotted Program duration will summarily be rejected.
** In case, the winner shares any wrong or incomplete information, reward will get forfeited & winner will not get the other chance to rectify it.
** The cashback winners need to claim their reward before 31st August 2025 & the Daily, Weekly & bumper winners need to submit their details before 30th September,2025 to get their reward.

Winner Selection:
** The Winners will be randomly selected (basis randomizer system). Winner will not be selected from the participating states only, as mentioned in Point-1 of Eligibility section above.
** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted every day for minute, daily, weekly and bumper winners.
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of Cremica or the Partner Agency.
** Participants have a chance to win ONE time only from a single mobile number.
** The winner generation will be done based on Valid Code and mobile number.
** Cremica and Partner Agency shall have a right to ask for the original packs in case of any query raised by the Participants during the Program Period, non – submission of which shall render the Participant as not eligible to participate in the Program.

Contacting Winners:
Once the cashback winners are selected via system randomizer, Winners will receive a congratulations WhatsApp SMS. SMS will include a link.

Cremica at its discretion may ask the Winners to furnish the any or all the following documents:
** Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, PAN Card, Aadhaar or similar government ID
** Winners will be required to retain and furnish on demand the wrapper of the pack with the winning code.
** In case the winner is less than 18 years of age, the reward will be disbursed to legal guardian / Parent. An undertaking, as Well as valid proof for establishing Parent / Legal Guardian Status will then be needed.
** In case any one of the above documents are not available for any reason, the Cremica / Agency reserves the right to take a decision basis the availability of other documents. This decision will be final and binding.
