Dekho Inaam Jeeto Contest :

The Activity is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India residing in India are not eligible to participate.

The Activity shall be held from 08th December, 2015 upto March 31, 2016

The Participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Activity as on the date of the Activity.

Process of Participation :
1. A branded postcard will be delivered to each household which will contain details regarding the contest called SAB TV Dekho Inaam Jeeto.
2. Interested Participants can participate by answering questions pertaining to the shows the Channel by giving a missed call on 07827678276.
3. Once a Participant gives a missed call on the number mentioned above, he/she will receive a callback (within the next twenty four hours) which will be an IVRS asking the Participant four (04) questions (followed by 2 choices each) pertaining to the shows of SAB TV. Interested Participants shall dial 1 or 2 for the corresponding answer (“Entry”).
4. After these four (04) questions are posed and their responses recorded, the consumer will be given an option to participate to win the bumper prize. Interested Participants shall confirm by dialing 1(Yes) or 2(No).
5. If Participant opts to participate in the bumper prize contest, Participant will be posed one question every day, for the subsequent four (04) days via an IVRS call at 7:00pm.
6. The IVRS call will end by informing the Participant that the last date for participation is March 31, 2016, apart from mentioning the show tune-ins and brand message.
7. A Participant can participate in this contest as many times as she/he wants from only one number however, only the latest answers shall be deemed to be a valid Entry and considered for prize felicitation. Only one final Entry will be considered valid from one number.
8. If a call gets dropped while a Participant is answering question(s), the Participant can give another missed call to participate. However, the answers given by the Participant before the call drop will be considered as the final Entry in case she/he does not give another missed call.
9. Participant will be given only three (03) chances to enter an invalid choice while answering questions. If a consumer enters an invalid choice more than 3 times, the call will be cut and the Entry shall be deemed to be invalid.
10. All consumers, who agree to Participate in the bumper prize, will be given a call at 7:00pm on four (04) consecutive days following the IVRS call. In each call, they would be asked a question from any of the Channel’s TV show (each question followed by 3 options). Participant shall send in their Entry which will be recorded.
11. The winner(s) of the bumper prize will be decided basis the total number of correct answers obtained from a particular mobile number. In case there are more than one mobile numbers giving the maximum number of right answers, the final winner(s) will be decided by the SAB TV Marketing team.
12. It shall be noted that each unique/new/fresh telephone number is to be treated as a separate Participant and only one Valid Entry shall be considered from each unique/new/fresh number.

Winners & Prizes :

1) All the answers for the question in the form of the calls on the corresponding number will be collected from the Entries received by SPN.

2) A total of 33 winners will be chosen on 31st Jan and 29th Feb 2016 and 34 winners will be chosen on 31st Mar 2016 and will be gratified with one prize each which shall be at the sole discretion of SPN. The decision of SPN in choosing the Winners and the appropriate answer by randomizer method and/or any such other method shall be final and binding on the Participants and the Participants while participating into this Activity agrees to accept SPN’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.

3) SPN shall not entertain any mail or query questioning or otherwise asking for the definitive process for choosing the Winners and the Participants by participating in the Activity shall be bound by these T&Cs and Basic T&Cs.
4) SPN reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Activity at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants.

Announcement of the Winners :
1) The winners will be contacted via a telephone call, where the operator will inform them of their status and note down their names and addresses.
2) The Winners shall be declared as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs
3) In event the Participant is not able to utilize the Prize or is unable / refuses to accept the same, the Prize will be revoked by SPN.

Prize(s) :
1) SPN shall give out a total of 100 prizes over a period of 3 months – 33 winners declared by end Jan 2016, 33 winners by end Feb 2016 and 34 winners by end March 2016.

2) Each Winner will win either of the following prizes:
** TV sets (5 no.s)
** Mobile phones (5 no.s)
** Gold coins (5 no.s)
** Silver coins (4 no.s)
** SAB merchandise (80 pcs)

3) Winners shall be entitled to such other prizes (as decided by SPN in its sole discretion) which will be sent /arranged for the respective Winner within sixty (60) days from the date of announcement of the Winners.
4) The Winner shall be contacted in the manner specified in the Basic T&Cs.
5) The process of sending the Prize(s) shall be as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs.
