What is Britannia Milk Bikis Thirukkural Challenge?

The Milk Bikis Thirukkural Challenge is a consumer contest sponsored and organized by Britannia Industries Ltd. The contest is applicable for Britannia Milk Bikis biscuits with the promotional call out on of ‘Thirukkural Challenge’ on the pack. The Contest will only be open to residents of state of Tamil Nadu & Kerala. Participate and stand a chance to win a Cashback, Bicycle, Trip To Kanyakumari Last date of contest is 17th July 2026.

Eligibility of Britannia Milk Bikis Thirukkural Challenge

a. This Contest is open only to natural persons. Any company, partnership firm, limited liability partnership, or any other juristic/legal entity is not eligible to participate.
b. Individuals (18 years and above): Natural persons who are at least 18 years of age are eligible to participate in their own capacity.
c. Individuals (below 18 years): Natural persons below the age of 18 years may participate only with the prior consent of their parent or legal guardian, who shall agree to these Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy on their behalf. Participation by such individuals shall be deemed to constitute confirmation that the requisite parental or guardian consent has been duly obtained.
d. Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation or redemption/enjoyment of the Prizes in the Contest in any way.
e. The Participant’s communication address shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by popular courier services.
f. Employees of Britannia, their immediate relatives and Agency, their immediate relatives are not eligible to participate in the Contest. Additionally, any third party vendor or employees/agents directly involved in the development, administration, or execution of this Contest, along with their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children), shall not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

How To Enter in the Britannia Milk Bikis Thirukkural Challenge?

a. Phase 1: Entry & Level 1 — Scan: Participant scans the QR code on the Product pack.

b. Participant needs to read and accept the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy to proceed.

c. Participant needs to find the biscuit with the Kural word engraved on it inside the Product pack and upload a picture of the biscuit with the Kural word.

d. Upon successful upload, the Participant receives a cashback of Rs 1.

e. Phase 2: Level 2 — Kural Completion: The Participant must complete the Kural from their own knowledge or by using internet or by using additional biscuits that they may find in the same pack or other packs. Note: If the Participant cannot complete the Kural, they will not be able to proceed for Level 2.

f. Video Submission: Once the Kural is completed, the Participant will have to record and share a video of themselves narrating the Kural. The video entry can’t be longer than 1 minute and can contain narration of any of the Kurals completed by the Participant.

Note: Participants are encouraged to recite Thirukkural verses with mindfulness and reverence.

Prizes of Britannia Milk Bikis Thirukkural Challenge

a. Phase 1 Cashback: Upon valid Participation and completion of Phase 1, every Participation shall be eligible for an assured cashback of 1 Rs.
b. Phase 2 Prize: Phase 2 Winners will win a bicycle or in case of non-availability of the Prize, any other prize of similar value.
c. Mega Prize: This Contest also offers 10 number of Mega Prize which is a trip to Kanyakumari (“Mega Prize(s)”). The Mega Prize Winner will be selected based on the selection criteria mentioned in clause 7 (Selection of Winners) of this T&C.

Note:
a. Phase 1: Prize – The award and receipt of cashbacks under Phase 1 are contingent upon the Participant maintaining a valid and operational UPI account that is capable of receiving such cashbacks. Britannia/Agency disclaims all liability for any restrictions, limitations, or issues pertaining to the Participant’s UPI account that may prevent the successful crediting of the cashback.

b. Phase 2: Prize – Winner will be required to submit their personal information/documents as required by Britannia or Agency.

c. Once the details of the Winner are verified, the Prize will be dispatched to the Winner within 45 business days, or the Winner will be asked to collect the Prize from a designated location. Any cost associated to reach the designated locations will be entirely borne by the Winner.

d. In the event that the Prize is sent by courier, the courier shall ask the confirmed winner or the person available at the address provided to sign the acknowledgement receipt as a proof of receipt of the Prizes, without which the Prizes will not be handed over.

e. If the confirmed Winner or the person available at the address provided does not cooperate as per the requirements mentioned herein with the courier or Speed Post official, as the case may be, the Winners would be required to personally collect the Prizes from the designated location at their own cost and expense; failure to do so within a conveyed timeline would lead to forfeiture of the Prize.

f. Mega Prize – Details relating to the Mega Prize shall be communicated to the respective Winners via their registered email address or phone number, and/or through a call.

g. Each Mega Prize Winner may be permitted to be accompanied on the trip to Kanyakumari by one (1) child only. In the event the Mega Prize Winner does not have a child, no alternate companion shall be permitted, and the Mega Prize shall be availed solely by the Winner.

h. The Mega Prize Winner (and accompanying child, if applicable) shall be solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid travel documents, including but not limited to passport, visa, permits, and any other approvals as may be required. Britannia/ Agency shall not be responsible for any inability of the Winner to undertake the trip due to failure to obtain such documents.

i. The Mega Prize Winner (and accompanying child, if applicable) shall ensure that they are medically fit to undertake the trip. Britannia/ Agency shall not be responsible for any health-related issues, injuries, or medical emergencies arising during or in connection with the trip.
