Actve Fun Learn Contest :

Please read these Terms & Conditions before entering the “Actve Fun Learn” contest (the “Contest”) to be hosted by Tata Sky and conducted by Babyoye.com a business venture of Mahindra Retail Private Limited (‘Babyoye’).

There is no entry fee for participation

By participating in the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements set out herein below.

Who can participate?:
** The participant should be Tata Sky Subscriber with an Active Account Status and has subscribed to the Actve Fun Learn services as on the date of participation in the Contest (‘Participant’).
** This Contest is not open to Tata Sky employees, officers and directors and their immediate family members (Parents, spouse, siblings and children) and its Dealer(s), Partner(s), Agencies, Trade Partners and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live), Agencies and their immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, siblings, regardless of where they live).

Contest Period:
Contest will be open from 10:00 IST on December 31, 2015 to 09:59 IST on January 14, 2016.

Steps to participate:

** Participant needs to follow the link on the Actve Fun Learn service.
** On entering the Contest screen on their television, the Participant will be required to answer 4 questions (per day).
** Once the Participant answers the 4 questions, a code will appear on their television screen. The Participant will thereafter SMS the code to the number specified on their television screen.
** Participants will then receive a response SMS giving further details.
** Out of all the entries to the Contest during the Contest Period, a maximum of 10 (ten) entries will be selected randomly from the shortlisted entries by Babyoye(‘Winners’).
** The Winners shall be declared on the Facebook page of Babyoye within a week after the end of the Contest Period. Babyoye shall get in touch with the Winners on their Registered Mobile Number (‘RMN’). To claim the Prize, Winners should follow the instructions as given by Babyoye.
** Winners selection shall be done at the sole discretion of Babyoye and Babyoye’s decision regarding correct entries and/or Winner shall be final. No correspondence will be entertained by Tata Sky in this regard.

Prize:
Each Winner will win a voucher of Rs.2000/- from Babyoye which can be redeemed by the Winners on the website of Babyoye(‘Prize’).
