“Chambal Refined Soyabean Oil Presents Pehli Rasoi Contest” being conducted by Viacom18 Media Private Limited. Participants above 21 (twenty one) years of age who are legally residing in India are eligible to participate in this Contest. The selected 3 Winners will be invited to Mumbai and will get a chance to be a part of a cooking video with Ms. Smita Bansal. Last Date of Contest is 10th January, 2024.

Eligibility Criteria of Chambal Refined Soyabean Oil Presents Pehli Rasoi Contest

Participants above 21 (twenty one) years of age who are legally residing in India are eligible to participate in this Contest. However, Viacom18 may at any time and as per its sole discretion, impose or modify the age limit/restrictions of the Participants who would be eligible to participate in the Contest or any of its subsequent rounds (if any).

Participant(s) hereby represent and confirm that they are above 18 (eighteen) years of age as on the date and time of participating in the Contest and that they completely understand the nature of the Contest and that they have voluntarily chosen at their free-will to participate in the Contest and are willing to bear all risk, costs & consequences arising from such participation in the Contest and/or subsequent contests.

Period of Chambal Refined Soyabean Oil Presents Pehli Rasoi Contest
The Contest Period shall commence from 28th December 2023 and shall tentatively conclude on 10th January, 2024 or such other date as may be decided and updated by Viacom18 and/or modified at the sole discretion of Viacom18 (“Contest Period”) and the same shall be updated and informed by Viacom18 in any manner as it deems fit.

It shall be the responsibility of the Participants to keep themselves updated with respect to any change/modification in the Terms and Conditions and/or as informed by Viacom18 and any such modification shall apply to all the Participants and the Participants shall be bound by the amended / modified terms and conditions.

Documentation and Proofs

You confirm that You are a citizen of India and You shall submit, at Viacom18’s request valid
(i) residence proof;
(ii) age proof;
(iii) contacts details;
(iv) identification proof and/or any other document
as may be required for participation in the Contest and Program, in consonance with the laws of India and/or any other documents as may be required by Viacom18 from time to time.

Further that, Viacom18 shall have the sole and unfettered right/authority (at its discretion) to disqualify any Participant(s) from the Contest (at any point) if the Participant(s) fail to comply with any of the terms and conditions stated herein.

Additionally, the Participant(s) shall also sign and submit all such necessary documents/ release letters/ declaration letters/ no objection letters/certificates/ agreements etc., as required by Viacom18 authorized representatives from time to time, in relation to the Contest, subsequent contests and/or otherwise either with Viacom18 directly or any other party, as Viacom18 may require at any time and the aforesaid additional documents and these terms and conditions shall be read in consonance with each other.

By submitting the information through the Participation Mechanism, You hereby waive all privacy rights and/or any other rights including but not limited to proprietary rights, copyrights, etc. and/or any privacy expectations that You may have with respect to the use of the information furnished by You in any manner.

How to Participate in the Pehli Rasoi Contest?

The Participant(s) can participate in the Contest in the following manner:
a. Participation through Social Media Handles:
The Call for Entries for the Contest will be made by influencers and television actors through their respective Facebook, and Instagram handles as well as by Viacom18 through posts on the ColorsTV’s official Facebook and Instagram handle or the Contest sponsor’s Facebook and Instagram handle (“Social Media Posts”).

To participate in the Contest, the Participant(s) must comment on the foregoing Social Media Posts with their most memorable moments of their own personal “Pehli Rasoi” experience and/or their own personal experience of the Pehli Rasoi of their immediate family members in which they played a memorable/interesting role, to participate in the Contest.

The Participation through the platforms as communicated herein shall collectively be referred to as ‘Participation Mechanism’.

b. Out of all the comments received on the Social Media Posts within the Contest Period, Viacom18 shall select a maximum of 3 (three) contestants as winners (“Winners”) who have given the most interesting, and memorable experiences. The selection of the Winners shall be determined by Viacom18 at their sole discretion as per their creative requirements and policies.

The Winners will be selected and intimated to the concerned Participant(s) via an Instagram direct message sent through the official ColorsTV handle within 15 (fifteen) days from the expiry of the Contest Period or such other timeline as Viacom18 may determine in its sole discretion.

The Winners will have to provide the relevant details including but not limited to a) name, b) age; c) Address; d) nationality e) contact number; g) city (“Contact Details”) on the message trail.

Gratification of Chambal Refined Soyabean Oil Presents Pehli Rasoi Contest

The selected 3 (three) Winners will be invited to Mumbai and will get a chance to be a part of a cooking video with Ms. Smita Bansal (“Program”) and the Winners shall receive Chambal Soyabean Oil for 12 months i.e., 5 Litres of jar each month. The Program will be uploaded on Viacom18’s digital internet video platform service presently branded as “Voot”, Viacom18’s YouTube channels, and such other platforms as Vaicom18 may determine at its sole discretion.
